Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de una lejía que consiste esencialmente en partir de los siguientes productos: ácido tricloroisocianúrico o sal sódica del ácido dicloroisocianúrico, ácido isocianúrico, carbonato sódico; sulfato sódico, detergente aniónico, pirofosfato sódico, estabilizante, perfume; que se tratan según las siguientes fases y proporciones de elaboración, se mezcla el perfume (de 0,1 a 0,4%) y el estabilizante ( de 0,2 a 0,5%) con el sulfato sódico ( de 30 a 50 %), se añade luego el detergente aniónico (de 1 a 3%) y a continuación el pirofosfato sódico ( de 30 a 50 %). Por otra parte, se mezcla el ácido cianúrico (de 3 a 20%) con el carbonato sódico (de 5 a 8%) y con el ácido tricloroisocianúrico (de 5 a 50%) o sal sódica del ácido diclorioisocianúrico. Las dos composiciones obtenidas por separado se mezclan íntimamente hasta lograr homogeneidad en el producto resultante, procediéndose despuéas a granular y compactar, lo que permite una ulterior y definitiva tamización del ordende 10 a 500 micras.
