Procedure for the preparation of synergistic herbicidal compositions, to combat weeds in rice crops, characterized by combining an active material of formula I ** (See formula) ** wherein the N-containing ring signifies a cyclohexamethyleneimine radical or the 2-methylpiperidyl group, with at least one active substance of formula II ** (See formula) ** in which "alkyl" denotes a lower alkyl radical with 2 to 5 carbon atoms, or optionally an auxin of at least the phenoxyacetic acid type of formula III ** (See formula) ** in which R1 means a chlorine atom or the methyl group and R2 means hydrogen, an alkali atom or an alkyl radical with 1 to 8 carbon atoms (preferably 1 to 4 carbon atoms).
