Abstract

Improvements in the construction of dispensers provided with at least one container for a product to be dispensed and a source of propeller separate from said container, as well as a dispensing nozzle in which the propellant flowing through said source sucks product of said container, and where the propeller and product flow paths are controlled by a valve assembly comprising a valve box and at least one valve shaft as well as shutter means for the propeller flow and for the product flow, and wherein the propeller source sealedly seals the shutter means for propeller flow optionally via a separate retaining member, characterized in that said propeller source comprises a cylinder and displaceable therein a piston, and suitable mechanical actuating means to move said piston in said cylinder to compress air in the last one to serve as a propeller on the one hand, and to move said shaft or said valve shafts on the other hand, thereby actuating said shutter means to open said propellant and product flow paths.
