Abstract
Rieles de ferrocarriles con empalme perfeccionado especial, caracterizado por que las extremidades de los rieles van provistas de una escotadura que tiene 145 mm, en sentido longitudinal y una anchura igual a la mitad del ancho total del riel, estando practicada dicha escotadura en uno de los extremos en su borde superior y en el otro, en su borde inferior, de modo que al empalmar los rieles la parte saliente del extremo de uno de ellos ajusta en la escotadura correspondiente del contiguo, asegurándose la unión por medio de tuercas, en número de cuatro.
