Abstract
Improvements in the construction of fluid distribution valves, characterized by being constituted by a hollow cylindrical box having an open end provided with a bore in communication therewith, said bore extending to said open end; said box having a protrusion internally extended from said bore; fixed valve seating means having inner and outer ends, said inner end having an annular clamping portion, and an annular seating portion concentrically spaced radially inwardly from said annular clamping portion capable of forming a circular crown between said clamping ring part and said annular seat part; said valve seat means being arranged in said bore; a flexible valve element having a periphery, first and second opposite sides and a central opening; said second side of said flexible valve element coupling close to its periphery with said shoulder, said flexible valve element coupling close to its periphery and being held by said seating means in said annular clamping part, and the first side of the said flexible valve element with said annular seat part; a movable valve element engageable with said second side of said flexible valve element opposite to said annular seat part; and a first and a second means of communication conduit with said first and second sides of said flexible valve element; the first of the conduit means being in communication with said circular crown and the exterior of said box; said box having an inner end opposite to said open end; the second conduit means being at said inner end of said box, in a manner capable of allowing separated compressed fluids to pass through said first and second conduit means when said mobile valve element moves away from said flexible valve element; a cap fastened on said open end of said box and provided with a central opening; a gasket having a central opening, the gasket of which is clamped between said cap and adjacent parts of said box and said valve seat device; and manual actuation means capable of actuating said mobile valve element and which are extended through said openings in said cap and in said joint and movable between them; said movable valve element and said manual actuation means forming an integral part of each other and being provided with a stem part that passes through said central opening of said flexible valve element; and a spring that tends to hold said movable valve element against said flexible valve element and to keep in compression contact with said flexible valve element between said movable valve element and said annular seat part of said means of fixed valve seat.
