Abstract

Nuevo envase para el acondicionamiento, asepsia y/o esterilización de algodón hidrófilo en manta, que se caracteriza por estar constituido por un recipiente de forma cilíndrica o prismática de material adecuado, una de cuyas bases esté cerrada, hallándose formada la opuesta por una tapa de ajuste hermético, figurando en las caras internas de la base cerrada y de la indicada tapa unos asientos o cojinetes para apoyo de un eje giratorio sobre el que va arrollada la manta o banda de algodón, el cual puede ser extraído del envase a través de una abertura longitudinal practicada en la pared del recipiente, abertura que se halle normalmente cerrada por una pestaña u otro dispositivo análogo para mantener aislado el contenido de los agentes exteriores.
