Improvements in devices applicable to a bed to support in an adjustable manner a useful surface for the recumbent and to exclude it, characterized by comprising a useful plane capable of being supported in a mobile and tiltable manner according to two orthogonal axes, one of which is parallel to the useful surface and the other orthogonal to that, with respect to a support arm, which is applied under the bed frame in an adjustable manner according to at least two mutually orthogonal axes, one of which vertically articulates with respect to the bed frame; with it the useful plane can be returned and housed under the bed, and respectively carried on top of the bed, inclined variously with respect to the recumbent.
