Abstract

Un freidor complementario que se caracteriza por estar constituido por dos elementos: un cuerpo cilíndrico-cónico cuya base se halla perforada por una red de agujeros concéntricos, más dos hileras de ellos en la pared, a poca distancia de sus bordes. Y un doble fondo o círculo plano, con reborde inclinado, que posee un mango largo y angular análogo al de la base, los cuales permiten extraer el conjunto en posición horizontal, de la marmita grande en que se sumergen para efectuar su cometido.
