Abstract
Un nuevo aparato pasapurés, caracterizado por que está formado por un depósito troncocónico provisto exteriormente de un mango o asidero y dos soportes equidistantes de él, para su apoyo sobre el borde de la boca de un puchero, cazo, cazuela o similar, el fondo de cuyo depósito tiene forma de polígono, de número de lados variable y va provisto de un borde interior sobre el que descansa un enrejillado cónico, construido de plancha metálica con perforaciones en toda su superficie.
