Aparato recreativo-deportivo para ejercitar el boxeo o "punching-ball", preferentemente infantil, caracterizado por comprender una base de sustentación en cruz en cuya intersección va establecido un muelle espiral de acero dispuesto verticalmente, en el que queda insertada, en el mismo sentido vertical, una barra de longitud apropiada, realizándose el acoplo a presión por un rebajo practicado en la extremidad correspondiente de la barra mencionada.
