Abstract

1. Dispositivo de unión de una tubería (1) de pequeño espesor, con relación a su diámetro y sometida a variaciones de temperatura importante y a esfuerzos radiales de cualquier orientación, especialmente de soporte o de fijación caracterizado porque comprenden: a) cunas de soporte (2A, 2B, 2C, 2D) de perfil interno con radio de curvatura próximo al de la tubería; b) un semicollarín rígido (7) dispuesto alrededor y a una cierta distancia de la periferia de la tubería y sobre el que se ha fijado algunas de las cunas; c) dos brazos (5A, 5B) articulados sobre las extremidades del semicollarín y sobre los que se han fijado las otras cunas; y d) un dispositivo (9) de apriete flexible de los brazos que aplican elásticamente las cunas sobre la tubería, independientemente de las dilataciones y de los esfuerzos radiales aplicados a la tubería. 2. Dispositivo de unión según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el radio de curvatura del perfil interno de las cunas (2A, 2B, 2C, 2D) es ligeramente superior al de la tubería en frío. 3. Dispositivo de unión según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque las cunas están revestidas sobre su cara de contacto con la tubería con una capa (8) de un material susceptible de un aplastamiento elástgico y que se resiste al calor. 4. Dispositivo de unión según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque el material susceptible de un aplastamiento elástico es un tejido comprimido de un hilo metálico fino. 5. Dispositivo de unión según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque las cuñas están fijadas con pivotado (3A, 3B, 4A, 4B) sobre el semicollarín (7) y sobre los brazos articulados (5A, 5B). 6. Dispositivo de unión según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque las cunas, el semicollarín y la mayor parte de los brazos articulados están dispuestos en el interior de un calorífugo (13) que rodea la tubería y porque el dispositivo de apriete flexible está dispuesto en la parte externa de este calorífugo. 7. Dispositivode unión según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizado porque el semicollarín rígido está unido mediante estribos (11A, 11B) con órganos (12A, 12B) autobloqueantes en caso de desplazamiento rápido, pero que permiten los desplazamientos lentos, o con órganos de soporte estático. 8. Dispositivo de unión de una tubería de pequeño espesor.
