Abstract

Alimentador de hilo en continuo, caracterizado esencialmente por el hecho de que comprende un soporte fijo para el desbobinado de la bobina suministradora del hilo; un dispositivo de guía a la salida del mismo; un mecanismo enderezador del hilo a continuación de la guía; un mecanismo de arrastre del hilo, accionado por un motor que posee una elevada velocidad de arranque y un régimen de trabajo más lento, pero superior al de demanda del hilo; un dispositivo de guía conformador de un bucle de hilo con una salida que conduce hacia la máquina que lo utiliza; y dos detectores limitadores y conformadores del bucle, conectados al motor del mecanismo de tracción, activables por contacto con el hilo que forma el bucle, situados a distancias distintas respecto a la salida del hilo, de los cuales el más alejado determina el paro del motor citado, y el más próximo, el arranque a máxima velocidad.
