Un contenedor de colmenas climatizado por energía solar mediante suelo radiante con acumulación de calor por cambio de estado, caracterizado por constar de un recinto aislado térmicamente, en cuyo interior pueden alojarse una o varias colmenas y que va provisto de un suelo radiante o "plenum" relleno de esferas plásticas que contienen una sustancia con temperatura de cambio de estado comprendida entre 38 y 45ºC; en el exterior del recinto y unidos a él por tuberías flexibles, se encuentran unos captadores solares que calientan el aire y lo envían al plenum.
