Abstract

Portabrocas con un cuerpo de mandril que puede ser conectado a un husillo de taladrar, y en el cual están guiadas para la formación de un alojamiento para la herramienta de taladrar unas mordazas de mandril que son regulables mediante un anillo de ajuste guiado en el cuerpo de mandril de forma giratoria y no desplazable axialmente y con un casquillo de bloqueo para el enclavamiento del anillo de ajuste, desplazable axialmente y fijo en la dirección de giro en el cuerpo de mandril, estando el casquillo de bloqueo en la dirección de desplazamiento contra el anillo de ajuste bajo la fuerza de un resorte y estando prevista en el cuerpo de mandril al menos una cabeza de tope que penetra en una escotadura en la pared del casquillo de bloqueo, especialmente portabrocas cuyo cuerpo de mandril presenta un paso axial que desemboca en el alojamiento para la herramienta de taladrar y a través del cual puede ser transmitido directamente al extremo de la herramienta de taladrar que se encuentra en el alojamiento el efecto de percusión del husillo de taladrar en el taladrado por percusión, caracterizado porque la escotadura en la pared del casquillo de bloqueo está formada por dos ranuras axiales de diferente longitud, que transcurren una junto a la otra, las cuales están abiertas para la entrada de la cabeza de tope en el extremo vuelto hacia el anillo de ajuste, para lo cual el casquillo de bloqueo puede ser girado sobre el cuerpo de mandril de tal forma que bien una o la otra de las dos ranuras queda alineada axialmente con la cabeza de tope.
