Abstract
Un conectador eléctrico de blindaje de cable, destinado a unirse a un cable cilíndrico que tiene un forro protector exterior de polímero y al menos un blindaje metálico, situado debajo, que encierra un alma de conductores que se extienden más allá de los extremos del forro protector y del blindaje, estando hendidos el forro y el blindaje longitudinalmente respecto al cable, comprendiendo el conectador: una zapata interior elástica y eléctricamente conductora con un extremo delantero para inserción entre dicho blindaje y dicha alma, un extremo trasero que se extiende más allá de los extremos de dicho blindaje y de dicho forro, bordes longitudinales que conectan dichos extremos delantero y trasero de la zapata interior, un espárrago roscado dispuesto aproximadamente a media distancia entre dichos extremos delantero y trasero y que se extienden desde dicha zapata interior a través de dicha hendidura o rendija, y al menos un arpón troquelado radialmente hacia fuera, junto a cada borde longitudinal de la zapata interior, siendo dicha zapata interior longitudinalmente plana entre dichos extremos delantero y trasero y transversalmente cóncava respecto a dicha alma; una zapata exterior elástica y eléctricamente conductora que se sitúa sobre dicho forro y que tiene un cuerpo sustancialmente plano y rectangular, alineado longitudinalmente con el cable y que incluye un agujero receptor del espárrago, un extremo delantero, un extremo trasero que se extiende más allá de los extremos de dicho forro y de dicho blindaje, bordes longitudinales que conectan dichos extremos delantero y trasero de la zapata exterior, y al menos un diente puntiagudo, que penetra en el forro, dirigido hacia abajo paralelamente a dicho espárrago desde cada borde longitudinal de dicha parte de cuerpo a horcajadas sobre dicha rendija; y una tuerca roscada en dicho espárrago y que hace que dichas zapatas interior y exterior se apliquen en relación de sujeción con dicho blindaje y dicho forro, de tal modo que dichos dientes de la zapata exterior penetren en dicho forro poniéndose en contacto con dicho blindaje junto a dicho forro, y dichos arpones de la zapata interior hagan contacto con dicho blindaje junto a dicha alma, estando dichos dientes y dichos arpones dispuestos, respectivamente, a lo largo de dichos bordes longitudinales de dichas zapatas exterior e interior de modo que excluyan el contacto opuesto de dichos arpones y dichos dientes con dicho blindaje; siendo la elasticidad de dichas zapatas interior y exterior tal que dicha concavidad de dicha zapata interior se incremente por el contacto con dichos dientes de la zapata exterior a través de dicho blindaje, y dichos dientes de la zapata exterior son forzados transversalmente hacia fuera por contacto con dicha zapata interior a través de dicho blindaje, de tal modo que se almacene energía en dichas zapatas para mantener dichos dientes de la zapata exterior y dichos arpones de la zapata interior, en contacto con dicho blindaje a pesar de la relajación a compresión de dicho blindaje e independientemente de la relajación a compresión de dicho forro interpuesto entre ellos.
