BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Currently, most growers, especially cannabis, obtain their supply of seeds from different geneticists and cannabis seed banks around the world. Providing the competent authorities with the necessary documentation for these crops to be authorized according to the local or national legal system.

Additionally, and in reference to the regulations in force in the different territories, different decisions have appeared at the international level that favor the therapeutic use of cannabis, due to its medicinal properties.

For example, the decision of December 2, 2020 of the UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs, with which cannabis was removed from Schedule IV of the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961, where it was listed along with addictive and lethal opioids such as heroin. This favors a regulatory and normative change in more states, thus increasing the requests for exploitation of the different varieties of cannabis.

There is also the decision at the European level of October 23, 2020, where the authorized level of THC was increased by 50%, from 0.2% to 0.3%, reflecting the general interest in promoting the European cannabis industry. medicinal. Said decision is accompanied by the inclusion of hemp in the list of products that can be regulated by means of commercialization regulations, which aim to improve the economic conditions of production and commercialization, as well as the competitiveness and quality of these agricultural products.

The increase in THC limits favors the use of new varieties, which on certain occasions slightly exceeded the established limit of 0.2%. This will allow a better adaptation of the crops, taking advantage of varieties better adapted to the climatic and productive conditions of the different territories of the European Union.

This means that, until recently, the quantity of seeds used for authorized crops did not require large-scale control of the product in transit, storage and/or production. Therefore, the transport formats used were comprised of different formats of small and medium containers for very localized productions of medical cannabis, which had therapeutic and/or scientific purposes.

Likewise, containers, tanks, sacks and/or bags have been used for the bulk distribution of industrial hemp seeds, which had different purposes with respect to medical cannabis.

However, due to changes in the legal system in force in the different territories, it is making it easier for a large number of farmers and businessmen to be interested in investing in this industry; Therefore, government agencies, in charge of ensuring compliance with regulations, need to control the quantities and varieties cultivated, as well as the supply of the market with certified seeds of legal origin, of the different varieties, with genetics specialized in production. of high levels of a certain cannabinoid, and low levels of the rest.

In this way, it is necessary to adopt a procedure to guarantee that these seeds have not been adulterated, through sealed confinement and location registration by digital means, and the recording of their germination, to facilitate the inspection work, which to date did not require so many resources.

We can find different documents in the state of the art that refer to seed storage devices that mainly comprise:

- a container, which can be solid or flexible, and with different sizes, which will be in charge of protecting and storing the seeds;

- An identification with or without a barcode, EAN type or similar, which is used to add the item to the sales terminal or to the ERP of the company that sells it;

- a certificate of origin, which the buyer must request and purchase separately from the device.

In different documents, we can find references to seed conservation systems, which include mechanisms to control humidity and/or temperature inside the container, with the aim of avoiding the perishability of the content.

For example, we can find the document ES138438, which describes a container to contain seeds that is characterized by comprising a container made of elastic and/or flexible material, unalterable to chemical actions and closed at its base, which is equipped with a central opening on its upper face, in which some perimeter folds have been provided to insert and/or fix the edges of a spongy mass that seals said opening, in order to allow the passage of air, for renewal and aeration of the interior of the container, but preventing the introduction of liquid materials or their exits once it is closed.

Also belonging to the state of the art is document MX2015017448, which describes a storage chamber for grains and seeds, with high quality and safety for small producers. Where the body of the silo has a geometrically rectangular - prismatic shape, with a double-layer system that allows the distribution of air in a homogeneous way, for a better temperature and humidity.

It also includes a ventilation system, with an outlet component in the shape of a swan neck, also having a pair of grilles to prevent a possible invasion of insects; as well as a valve to seal hermetically, and therefore, allow greater versatility to control the atmospheric content of the silo, thus adapting to the different climatic conditions of the environment.

We can also find document GB2519740, which describes a seed drying and storage device comprising: a housing, a lid, a receptacle for seeds, and a receptacle for a desiccant, such as silica gel. The lid having a thread to fit with the outer casing of the housing, sealing the interior of the device hermetically.

Additionally, the device comprises a humidity regulation system, which can alternate from a first configuration, in which air can flow from the seeds to the desiccant, transferring moisture to the desiccant; and a second configuration in which air cannot flow from the seeds to the desiccant. As can be seen in the previous documents, there is currently a widespread use of silica gel as a moisture absorption element, thanks to its chemical properties, commonly used in different applications in different industries, such as the footwear industry, or electrical appliances.

As can be seen in the aforementioned documents, understood as a technique closest to the present invention, there are no known devices with anti-fraud methods to certify the confinement of cannabis seeds or products with similar needs and/or characteristics, especially cannabis, which are configured as evidence of improper use, in particular, the opening of the device.

Nor can systems be found that provide on-site information to inspectors or authority agents, which reliably reflect the maximum amount of stored seeds and/or different varieties already germinated and authorized in an agricultural or industrial holding, in a limited period. productive authorized from the opening of the device.

Nor can we find systems incorporated into storage devices that include an in-situ digital validation of the authenticity of the closure seal, which guarantees that its content has not been adulterated during the transit process in the period of storage and/or distribution.

That is, the current devices for cannabis seeds, which house specialized varieties for scientific, therapeutic, recreational and/or collecting purposes:

- they are not designed to manage humidity evenly throughout the content, confining large amounts of seeds without requiring additional energy;

- do not guarantee that their content has not been manipulated and/or altered;

- They do not allow a control and verification procedure, which provides prior or on-site information during the supervision of the competent authorities, necessary to guarantee compliance with current regulations in the different territories, such as: information on the content, its authenticity , its location and status; or on the authorized openings that one or more users have made.

- They do not allow the establishment of a maximum productive period from the opening of the device, which limits possible unauthorized productions and covered by the documentation of previous acquisitions of other certified seeds.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

The device for conservation, traceability and control of certified seeds and the associated procedure that the invention proposes is configured, therefore, as a remarkable novelty within its field of application, since according to its implementation and exhaustively, the previously mentioned objectives are satisfactorily achieved. indicated, being the characterizing details that make it possible and that distinguish them conveniently collected in the final claims that accompany this description.

Specifically, the present invention proposes a device that improves the conservation of seeds or products with similar needs and/or characteristics, reducing the humidity present inside the storage. in a homogeneous way, so that its opening would not be justified until the moment of use of the content; and facilitates the monitoring and control of the same, thanks to a hermetic and inviolable confinement without leaving evidence of it, with one or several storage elements in the same device, configured in such a way that the stored content is prevented from moving, mix or deteriorate, without using internal or external energy sources.

For example, the information provided by the system object of the present invention, on the status of the storage device, can be: transit, storage, quantities, locations, misuse of the same, etc.

In particular, the present invention proposes a device for conservation, traceability and control of certified seeds and the associated procedure, which allows the sealed confinement of lots of seeds, preferably cannabis or products with similar needs and/or characteristics, of one or more varieties in a same device, which may be of different sizes and/or materials, for example metal or any other material with similar resistant characteristics.

To achieve this, the device comprises an opaque or transparent external reservoir 1, which may be of any geometric shape, preferably cylindrical, with at least one opening, and which will be hollow, configuring an interior compartment.

The external tank 1 will comprise in its interior compartment, a chemical absorption element 2 capable of absorbing water, reducing humidity, which will preferably be silica gel and which will preferably be located in the lower part of the external tank 1.

It will also comprise a separation element 3, such as a felt, which confines the chemical absorption element 2, separating it from the rest of the interior compartment; and that it will be porous, which will allow the passage of fluids, towards the chemical absorption element 2.

Finally, the external tank 1 will comprise at least one opaque or transparent internal tank 4, fitted inside the internal compartment of the external tank 1, which will be made of plastic, metal or any material with similar resistant properties, which will also be hollow, and with at least one of its sides open.

The internal tank 4 will have its lower part in contact with the separation element 3, and may include at least one groove 5 in its outer part, which communicates the lower part in contact with the separation element 3, with the interior of the internal tank. 4, thanks to at least one perforation 6.

In order to ensure control of the content of the storage device object of the present invention, the closure element 8 may be blocked and sealed by using an anti-fraud element 10, such as an adhesive seal, which will be used as a witness. of the non-violation of the integrity of the content of the storage device.

In correct use of the anti-fraud element 10, it remains located covering at least a part of the closing element 8 and at least a part of the external tank 1. Associated with the described device, a procedure for recording and consulting information through digital means is presented, used to monitor, trace and guarantee the correct commercialization, authenticity, transit, storage and use of the seeds stored in the aforementioned device.

In a first procedure associated with the device, the user is validated in an application installed on a smart device, such as a mobile phone with the ability to connect to the Internet.

The application performs the geolocation of the user, and offers the user three possibilities, related to the three tasks to be carried out on the device, including:

- on-site verification of the authenticity of the security seal,

- the record of possession of storage and transit, without authorizing the opening; - The request for authorization to open the device, depending on the lot, if applicable.

Next, the key assigned to the device's anti-fraud element is read by manually introducing the key and/or reading the device's barcode.

The application then verifies the authenticity by requesting the manual entry of a random pattern defined and identified in the nine alphanumeric characters contained in the anti-fraud element. In a last procedure, associated with an institutional application and associated with the previous procedures, according to the information provided by the institutional user, access is granted to authentication tasks, to the consultation of devices in transit or to the consultation of authorized openings. and authorized operating times of the same, of a certain user or of a certain location.

Device for sealed conservation, traceability and control of certified seeds according to any of the preceding claims , characterized in that the electronic identification means of the anti-fraud element (10) comprise a bar code, with an encrypted key. 10. Device for sealed conservation, traceability and control of certified seeds according to any of the preceding claims , characterized in that the electronic identification means of the anti-fraud element (10) comprise a space configured to include at least one combination of alphanumeric characters and/or other characteristics printed and unique visuals for verification of its authenticity. 11. Procedure for a device for sealed conservation , traceability and control of certified seeds comprising an external tank (1) with an opening, an internal compartment and a chemical element for absorbing moisture (2); a closure element (8) with a sealing element (9), configured as the only means of access to the internal compartment of the external tank (1), comprising at least: ^or a separation element (3) located in the external tank (1), configured to separate the chemical absorption element (2) from the rest of the internal compartment of the external tank (1); ^or an internal tank (4) configured to fit snugly inside the internal compartment of the external tank (1) and comprising at least one internal compartment and at least one opening; ^or an anti-fraud element (10) that will be located in such a way that it covers at least a part of the closing element (8) and/or at least a part of the external deposit (1) and that includes electronic identification means with an encrypted key; characterized in that it comprises at least the following stages, ^o User and/or device identification; ^o Identification and/or geolocation of the user; ^o Identification of the device by entering the encrypted key; ^o Carrying out the task requested by the user, which may include at least the authentication of the security seal, or the request and/or authorization for transit without opening authorization, or the request for opening authorization, of the device; ^o Registration of user and/or device information on at least one server and/or of the task performed; and authenticity verification response, transit record or opening authorization, of the device, if applicable. 12. Procedure for a device for sealed conservation , traceability and control of certified seeds according to the previous claim, characterized in that it comprises at least the following stages before the identification of the user and/or the device: ^o Reception of information on the server; ^o Verification of user information and/or device information; ^o Management of the request for authenticity and/or transit record and/or record of authorization to open the device, if applicable. ^o Registration on the server of the geolocation data, IP address of the connection and reason for the termination of the communication. 13. Procedure for a device for sealed conservation , traceability and control of certified seeds according to the previous claim, characterized in that it comprises at least the following stages before the identification of an institutional user: ^o Identification and/or geolocation of the institutional user; ^o Identification of the device by entering the encrypted key; ^o Carrying out the task requested by the institutional user, which may include at least the authentication of the security seal and/or the consultation of possessions in transit without opening authorization and/or the consultation of a location or of a user and/or or the consultation of the opening authorizations of the device and/or of a location and/or of a user. ^o Registration of the information of the consultation or resolution of the inspection carried out in at least one server. 14.
