Abstract

The machine comprises two mutually meshing corrugated rollers whose engagement area is fed with the web to be corrugated, and a press roller associated with one of the corrugated rollers which presses a covering web against the corrugated web resting on the corrugated roller and whose corrugation humps are provided with adhesive, the corrugated rollers (10, 11) meshing with one another by means of an oblique toothing and the ends of the straight corrugating lines being offset relative to one another in the circumferential direction by at least one tooth pitch.
