Abstract
Un método para mantener en funcionamiento continúo un dispositivo para separar, en estado sólido, constituyentes de una mezcla gaseosa por enfriamiento, en cuyo aparato se disponen una o más capas de un material permeable a los gases que son enfriadas por soportes que están en contacto térmico con ellas y que comprende conductos de enfriamiento que contienen una mezcla gaseosa licuada, caracterizado porque los soportes y las capas que están en contacto térmico con ellos se mantienen a una temperatura por lo menos sustancialmente constante, que es menor que la temperatura a la cual los constituyentes a separar se solidifican y que es mayor que la temperatura a la cual la mezcla gaseosa purificada comienza a condensarse.
