Abstract

1. Compresa absorbente para incontinencia urinaria femenina, caracterizada porque es poco gruesa, de forma adaptada a la anatomía femenina y está constituida por diferentes capas, de tal forma que la capa absorbente lleva sobrepuesta una capa no absorbente que facilita el reparto del líquido por toda su superficie, ésta misma lleva sobrepuesta una capa impermeable atravesada por un vaciado, situado de tal forma que se encuentre enfrente del meato urinario cuando la paciente lleva puesta la compresa. 2. Compresa según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque existe, además, una capa totalmente impermeable bajo la capa absorbente. 3. Compresa según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque tiene encima de la capa impermeable una capa de artículo textil. 4. Compresa según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque la capa es de un artículo textil poroso, no hidrófugo. 5. Compresa según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada porque la capa absorbente está constituidade superabsorbentes. 6. Compresa según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada porque el superabsorbente es carboximetilcelulosa de sodio insolubilizado, presentado en polvo sumergido en una pulpa o aprisionado dentro de hojas. 7. Compresa según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque las diferentes capas son solidarias salvo la capa absorbente. 12. Compresa según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque la capa no absorbente comprendida entre la capa absorbente y la capa impermeable superior no es solidaria de las otras capas. 13.
