Abstract
1. Dispositivo perfeccionado de conexión electromecánica para artículos planos conductores de la electricidad, que comprende un elemento de yunque y otro de pistón enfrentados, el yunque incluye una base, una columna circular vertical conectada con la base y una cavidad circular curva que rodea inmediatamente dicha columna de la base del yunque, teniendo la columna una forma cilíndrica en su parte superior y a continuación una forma uniformemente ahusada hacia la base del yunque, mientras que en el pistón se incluye un conector constituido por un remache compresible conductor de la electricidad, que tienen una pestaña con un orificio circular y un pasador cilíndrico hueco unido circunferencialmente a la pestaña en dicho orificio, teniendo la parte superior de dicho pasador una forma ahusada hacia el exterior en dirección a dicha pestaña y siendo el diámetro interno del pasador hueco del remache superior al diámetro de la parte cilíndrica superior de la columna del yunque, aunque inferior aldiámetro de su parte ahusada, quedando posicionado el pistón con el citado remache de manera enfrentada a la columna circular vertical del yunque, de tal manera que el pasador y la columna sean concéntricos, para que mediante una compresión capaz de empujar a la fuerza dicho pasador de remache a través de un artículo plano conductor de electricidad situado entre el conector de tipo remache y el yunque, y sobre dicha columna del yunque, se consiga sujetar electromecánicamente el conector de tipo remache en dicho artículo plano conductor de electricidad; el ángulo de conicidad en la parte superior de dicho pasador del donector de tipo remache, está incluido entre 40º y 50º con relación a la vertical, y el ángulo de conicidad de dicha columna de yunque es aproximadamente de 2,5º, caracterizado porque el yunque incluye sobre la zona superior de la base, un nervio 34 anular periférico de una altura inferior a la de la columna y situado a una cierta distancia de la cavidad curva y alrededor de la misma, mientras que el remache dispone de una pluralidad de elementos de pico unidos con la citada pestaña, estando separados alrededor de la misma en el lado del pasador y que se extienden en la misma dirección que el pasador, siendo dicho elemento de pico más corto que el pasador. 2. Dispositivo perfeccionado de conexión electromecánica para artículos planos conductores de la electricidad, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque en la pestaña existen cuatro elementos de pico separados igualmente alrededor de la pestaña. 3. Dispositivo perfeccionado de conexión electromecánica para artículos planos conductores de la electricidad, según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque los elementos de pico tienen forma triangular. 4. Dispositivo perfeccionado de conexión electromecánica para artículos planos conductores de la electricidad, según las reivindicaciones 1, 2 y 3, caracterizado porque los elementos de pico forman parte integrante de la misma pestaña y están formados apartir de la misma. 5. Dispositivo perfeccionado de conexión electromecánica para artículos planos conductores de la electricidad.
