Abstract

1. Dispositivo de fijación inviolable para embellecedor o banda de protección de carrocería de vehículo automóvil, que incluye medios de engranado fijados a la pared de la carrocería, que cooperan con elementos apropiados dispuestos en dicho embellecedor para mantener a este último fijado contra dicha pared, caracterizado porque la fijación de cada medio de engrapado a la pared consiste en un remache soldado por su vástago normalmente a dicha pared y que comprende una cabeza de retención de dicho medio, consistiendo una parte, al menos, de estos medios de engrapado, en grapas realizadas por recorte de chapa de acero, llevando cada grapa una parte mediana que se apoya por su cara trasera contra la pared, una parte superior arqueada hacia delante y una parte inferior que se apoya igualmente sobre la pared, uniéndose una lengüeta formada por recorte en dicha grapa a dicha parte inferior y extendiéndose paralelamente a la pared, mientras que una entalladura practicada en la parte inferior y quese extiende en dicha lengüeta recibe el vástago del remache asociado, estando formado el alojamiento del embellecedor que coopera con esta grapa por una ala o un reborde entrante que se extiende a patir de la cara inferior del embellecedor e introducido entre la pared y la parte superior de la grapa, estando caracterizado el conjunto, además, porque una parte al menos de los medios de engrapado incluye un órgano de enclavamiento del embellecedor en posición sobre la pared. 2.
