Abstract

1. Un pañal desechable que comprende una lámina de respaldo, una compresa absorbente sobre dicha lámina de respaldo, una lámina superior que queda sobre dicha compresa absorbente, medios que aseguran dicha lámina de respaldo a dicha lámina superior con dicha compresa entre ellas, y un par de miembros elastizados espaciados dispuestos entre dicha lámina de respaldo y dicha compresa, de modo que dicha compresa amortigüe el efecto de los miembros elásticos, estando dicho pañal doblado en una configuración plegada en caja. 2. Un pañal de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, que incluye medios que aseguran las partes centrales de dichos miembros elásticos a dicha lámina de respaldo. 3. Un pañal de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, que es en general de una forma rectangular. 4. Un pañal de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en el que dicha configuración plegada en caja incluye una parte de cuerpo principal, un par de paneles que se extienden interiormente, y un par de paneles que se extiende exteriormente, estando dispuestos dichos miembros elásticos en partes externas de dichos paneles que se extienden externamente. 5. Un pañal de acuerdo con la reivindicación 4, en el que dicha lámina de respaldo tiene bordes marginales doblados sobre dicha lámina superior y unidos a la misma, teniendo dichos bordes marginales a dichos miembros elásticos situados debajo de los mismos. 6. Un pañal de acuerdo con la reivindicación 5, en el que dicha lámina superior está unida a dicha lámina de respaldo por medio de fusión en caliente, o técnicas de soldadura con calor. 7. Un pañal de acuerdo con la reivindicación 5, que es en general de forma rectangular. 8. Un pañal desechable.
