Abstract

1.Una disposición de unión de tubo y adaptador, en particular para instalaciones sanitarias y de calefacción, así como radiadores y similares, en donde el adaptador está insertado con efecto obturador en un perfil tubular, por ejemplo un tubo colector de radiador, que está hecho a base de material susceptible de fluir en frío, por ejemplo aluminio, y el adaptador está provisto de al menos un anillo de junta que se aplica con efecto de obturación a la envolvente interior del perfil tubular, y está provisto también de un perfilado en al menos dos lugares de su envolvente enfrentados entre sí, caracterizada porque el adaptador es de un material más duro que el perfil tubular, y porque el perfil tubular está apretado con deformación contra el perfilado bajo una acción de engrane dentado. 2.Una disposición de unión, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el perfilado está formado por nervios que se extienden por la periferia del adaptador. 3.Una disposición de unión, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el perfilado está formado por un nervio configurado a la manera de un hilo de rosca. 4.Una disposición de unión, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque están previstos dos anillos de junta que se encuentran ambos lados del perfilado. 5.Una disposición de unión, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el adaptador está aplanado en la zona de los perfilados. 6.Una disposición de unión, según al menos una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada porque el prensado del perfil tubular se ha realizado por puntos. 7.Una disposición de unión, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el adaptador es de acero. 8.Una disposición de unión, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el perfil tubular es de aluminio embutido. 9.Una disposición de unión de tubo y adaptador, en particular para instalaciones sanitarias y de calefacción, así como radiadores y similares.
