Abstract

1. Un tapón o cápsula de cierre, que tiene una envolvente moldeada de material termoplástico tenaz con un panel o superficie superior y un faldón roscado interiormente, un labido dirigido hacia adentro en dicho faldón entre el panel superior y la rosca del faldón y que tiene un diámetro interior menor que el diámetro exterior nominal de la superficie de cierre en el recipiente para el que está diseñado, un nervio que se extiende hacia abajo en el panel superior dimensionado para ajustarse dentro de la boca de tal recipiente y un revestimiento, formado por un material más comprimible que dicho material termoplástico tenaz, situado en el rebaje entre dicho labio y dicho nervio. 2. Un tapón de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en el que la magnitud axial del nervio interior es menor que la distancia entre el labio y la parte superior del cierre. 3. Un tapón de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 ó 2, en el que la superficie inferior del labio se inclina hacia abajo y hacia adentro. 4. Un tapón de acuerdo con cualquier reivindicación precede en el que la superficie interior del cierre entre dicho labio y dicho nervio está redondeada y libre de ángulos agudos. 5. Un tapón de acuerdo con cualquier reivindicación precedente en el que el labio, en sección, tiene una parte de borde redondeada y una parte intermedia de espesor reducido para promover la flexión del nervio en dirección hacia arriba. 6. Un tapón de acuerdo con cualquier reivindicación precedente en el que el espesor del panel superior de la envolvente disminuye hacia afuera desde el centro. 7. Un tapón o cápsula de cierre.
