Abstract

The invention describes a repeatedly usable adhesive strip for disposable nappies which has a load-bearing adhesive strip section (36) with an end fixed to a nappy and on which a gripping part (39) is formed, as well as a displaceable holding part (32) which is releasably glued with an adhesive to the inner side of the free end of the load-bearing adhesive strip section (36). On one side the holding part (32) is provided with an adhesive layer (33) while the load-bearing adhesive strip section (36) adheres with its adhesive layer (38) to the other side. The holding part (32) extends at least as far as the free end of the load-bearing adhesive strip section (36) and has a gripping part (35) on that end which is nearest to the gripping part (39) of the load-bearing adhesive strip section (36). The adhesive strip mentioned has the advantage of permitting repeated closing and opening of the adhesive closure during use of a disposable nappy.
