EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

These are ballet pointe shoes with a new structure and composition, manufactured with the application of new materials and the integration of all the protection elements in it, so that the need for external elements is eliminated and the product life. To facilitate the explanation, it differs:

A) The internal element, not visible, formed by composite materials and integrated in one piece, a combination of what is traditionally called platform or box tip and central core, and which in this document will be called Integrated soul

B) The remaining part, which will be all the remaining complementary elements integrated in the same ballet shoe, designed to favor comfort and reduce its negative impact on the dancer.

It will begin with the explanation of the composition of the integrated soul, for which an arrangement of preimpregnated layers of composite materials is used. Specifically: a layer of carbon fiber, a layer of fiberglass and a layer of hybrid fiber glass and aramid, the set all covered in its outer contour of a layer of transparent silicone It constitutes the interior structure of the shoes of pointed toes ballet and integrates the box, the platform or tip and the central soul in a single piece referred to herein as "integrated soul", with areas with different thicknesses, fiber orientations and compositions. The use of these materials will mean a significant increase in the life in use of the current product, ensuring a better performance in a greater number of cycles. Both the selection of the material composed of zones and the orientation and the number of layers, will allow to better adapt the product according to the function of the area requires greater flexibility, hardness or impact resistance, thus favoring the natural movement of the dancer

Other components and layers of different materials wrap the soul, covering different areas of the shoe and completing the invention, avoiding the need to use external accessories to provide protection to the foot, avoiding discomfort and damage to the dancer.

MODE OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION.

The proposed ballet shoe design (fig. 1) consists of

1. Ballet toe shoe with a novel composition and structure, characterized by the materials used and their disposition, comprising: to. A main structure of the shoe that integrates the platform or tip, the box and the central core in a single integrated piece called integrated soul (1), made of a layer of carbon fiber composite material (11), a layer of fiber of glass (12) and a layer of hybrid carbon fiber and aramid (13), all of them covered in its outer contour with a layer of transparent silicone (2). b A silicone accessory for mid-grade orthosis (10), housed inside the integrated soul box, covered by a layer of microperforated EVA rubber (9) in the pressure zone of the foot, whose function is to reduce the differences of tensions and pressures that support the toes. c.
