Wet shaving devices usually consist of a cutting head and an articulated gripper to the cutting head.

In the case of so-called disposable razors, which are provided for a single use, in one embodiment the gripping element is fixedly connected to the cutting head. A special embodiment, in particular of reusable razors, also provides a flexible, that is to say articulated, connection between the gripping element and the cutting head.

The cutting head itself consists of a housing, in which several razor blades are arranged parallel to each other. These razor blades are arranged in such a way that the cutting head can move along the skin, the hairs being cut during the movement, which access to below the cutting head. A first shaving blade performs a first cut, the next and the following shaving blades occupying a more intensive shave, in that the hairs are further cut, or those, which have not been reached by the first blade. After shaving, they are then cut.

The wet shaving devices must be thoroughly cleaned after each use to remove the hairs, which remain between the razor blades, and also to clean as far as bacteria are concerned, the appliance. The hairs must be removed to improve the result of shaving. The more hairs there are in the intermediate space in the area of the blades, the worse the cutting result will be. Normally this happens under running water (tap) or in a heated water, for example, in a container or in a sink. The cleaning result is however unsatisfactory. Rather, a lot of water is consumed and the necessary aim, namely to completely eliminate the hairs and to clean the apparatus in such a way as far as bacteria are concerned, which is suitable again for use, is not achieved.

However, the consumer also considers the option of using disposable razors multiple times. Also in this case they are cleaned under a water jet and are struck accordingly, so that the hairs between the razor blades are at least partially removed.

This poor cleaning described above of shaving appliances or razor blades shortens the service life of these, so that they have to be replaced after a short time or these so-called disposable razors can only be used again once again, but in this case then only with the unwanted quality.

In this way, for example, EP 1 897 461 A1 describes a cleaning device for an electric dry razor. This dry razor is placed in a cleaning device and the shaving head of the dry razor is sprayed with a cleaning fluid. The cleaning liquid, which is stored in a tank of the cleaning device, is heated by an additional device. The cutting head is sprayed by means of a spray device arranged in a fixed manner. The waste water is collected in a wastewater tank.

From WO 942260 A1, a cleaning device for wet razors is known, with the cutting head of the wet razor being cleaned in this device with a jet of water. The cleaning device is coupled with a water pipe. A corresponding nozzle ensures that the cleaning is carried out uniformly by the razor blades of the cutting head.

Also in DE 31 42 178 A1 there is shown a cleaning device for wet razors. Also in this case a device is described, in which case a jet of water tries to clean the razor blades. Additionally, the addition of cleaning agents is recommended.

US 2013/0008030 A1 discloses a cleaning device for a dry razor, which is fixed with its shaving head upside down in a bucket. After the fixation, the cleaning of the dry razor is carried out by shaking and rinsing movements.

Advantages of the invention

The basic idea of the invention for cleaning a cutting head of wet razors is to provide a device, in which the cutting head automatically removes the hairs between the razor blades and at the same time protects the razor blades, so that they can continue to be used with almost the same quality.

It has been found that only with a very high water consumption a partially satisfactory result is achieved, in which the hairs between the razor blades are removed. It has also been proven that in the case of the use of water, cleaning agent must be added in order to achieve an adequate cleaning result.

The invention, however, explores the way of making available a vibration table, by means of which the hairs stuck on the razor blades are separated by vibrations, due to which only the hairs of the hairs have to be removed. razor blades with a reduced flushing effort compared to the cleaning processes known so far.

For this purpose, provision is made according to the invention for a housing, in which at least the cutting head of the wet razor is fixed to a vibration table.

Alternatively, the simple positioning of the cutting head is also sufficient. Either the vibration movement is caused by a slight pressure of the cutting head on the vibration table or a separate switch must be activated by the user to start the cleaning process.

Advantageously, corresponding fastening devices are provided, so that it is not necessary to hold the wet razor during the cleaning process.

The vibration table gives rise by corresponding vibrations at different frequencies to a movement, so that the hairs are separated between the razor blades. The vibration movement is oscillating or chaotic. The aim is to release at least the hairs on the razor blade or in the intermediate space between the razor blades by movement, so that they can then be rinsed with water. A nozzle directed towards the razor blade then flushes the intervening spaces with water. The nozzle is connected by a conduction system through a small pump with a water tank.

The cleaning process preferably develops automatically. In a particular embodiment, the user can decide whether the cleaning by vibration is sufficient or if it requires a corresponding rinsing. The improvements foresee that the corresponding movements with ultrasounds will also be carried out.

In this way, an even better cleaning effect is achieved due to the high frequency, which has the consequence that even less water is required for the rinsing process.

Another improvement foresees that disinfection also takes place. By adding an additional nozzle, it is provided that the corresponding disinfecting agent is discharged after the cleaning process on the razor blades, so that a corresponding formation of bacteria during storage is avoided. For this also a corresponding reservoir is provided, from which corresponding liquid is then made available through a small pump. The disinfection can be produced preferably through insertable cartridges in the device. In this way, a simple operation is guaranteed. As long as commercial cleaning cartridges are used, economic production is possible. As an improvement, it is provided that a combination of cleaning and disinfection agents is also used. It is conceivable that the process is either one step or two steps. This means that either the cleaning and disinfecting agent takes place in a single process, or that when the cleaning agent and the disinfection agent are presented separately, two processes are used for cleaning and disinfecting. The whole device must be considered as an autarchic system. A preferably rechargeable power supply system ensures that the corresponding processes, such as vibration, spraying, etc., are carried out automatically. These can be started either by means of corresponding actuating elements, such as a switch, or it is provided that by placing the cutting head on the vibration table a contact is established, so that an automatic process takes place until the termination, without the user having to carry out additional steps.

To collect the waste water, which results from the rinsing process, and which also contains the loose hairs, a container is provided, which can be replaced by the user in case of corresponding filling state.

An alternative embodiment provides that the device can be hung from a shower rod or placed in a sink. This in turn has the advantage that it is not necessarily necessary for the device to have an accumulation container for waste water, since this can flow directly down the drain of the shower or washbasin.

The cleaning of the wet razor preferably takes place in an almost closed space, so that the environment of the device is not influenced in any way. The corresponding splashing liquids are collected by the device.

The device has in itself a modular structure. This means that the base housing with the water storage container and the vibration table integrated with the corresponding power supply as the basic model are firstly available.

The power supply itself can be configured in different ways. On the one hand, the use of operating devices with batteries or batteries is foreseen. Alternatively, the power supply to the device can also be transmitted via a network component. The main idea is the operation of the device preferably in the low voltage range.

The other advantageous configurations can then be added by way of additions and, depending on the corresponding use, by the manufacturer. Preferably, the device already has corresponding accommodation devices, so that the device can be assembled as a construction kit system.

Instead of an electrical drive, a drive with hydraulic force can also be provided. For this purpose it is generated by means of a conduction, which is connected to a water intake, for example, a tap, the necessary vibration movement. Additionally, the stream of water leaving the line can be used to rinse the razor blades. Alternatively, at least part of the water flow can also be conducted, so that the discharge of water continues to occur in a tap or in a shower.

A particular embodiment of the invention provides that the cleaning device, which can be operated with hydraulic power, can be fixed, for example, to the cockpit or shower faucet. A first position of the device ensures that the water flow is guided free of obstacles. Another position, which is preferably achieved by pivoting, ensures that, in particular, when a valve is operated, the cleaning process for the wet razor is started and the water flow continues to be guided at least in part, the another part for the drive and cleaning.

All the embodiments described above can be combined optionally with a device for sharpening the razor blades. Description of the embodiment examples

In Figs. 1 to 3 a first exemplary embodiment of a cleaning device is shown. The cleaning device 1 serves for the accommodation and cleaning of a wet razor 2, with Fig. 2 depicting wet razors, one of which is in a storage container and the other in the process of cleaning. cleaning.

The wet razor 2 described in the drawings consists of a gripping element 2a and a cutting head 2b arranged in the gripping element. The cutting head 2b in turn comprises at least one razor blade 2c.

The cleaning device 1 consists of a housing 3 and a power supply unit 4. The housing 3 has side walls 5 and an opening 6, in which the wet razor can be inserted, which is provided for its cleaning. The opening 6 is designed as a cavity, so that this cavity-like opening simultaneously serves to receive dirt and residual water, which result in the cleaning process.

For the actual cleaning, a water storage container 7 is provided, which is likewise inside the housing. A driving system not shown in greater detail connects the water container 7 with a nozzle 8, which is directed towards the cutting head 2a of the wet razor 2 to be cleaned.

In order to carry out the cleaning process, the wet razor 2 is inserted in such a manner in the opening 6 that the cutting head 2a comes into contact with a vibration table 9. In this case, the razor blades 2c provided in FIG. the cutting head 2b are arranged in such a way that they are preferably disposed completely on the table surface 9a of the vibration table 9. These cause the hairs between the razor blades 2c to be released from the free holes. The vibration movement is triggered either automatically or by an additional pressure on the vibration table. The user is not obliged to release the wet razor, but may wait a few seconds or minutes until the cleaning is finished. Alternatively, a switch or switch element may also be provided, which must be manually operated by the user.

In a particular embodiment, a stream of water is simultaneously connected through the nozzle 8, which then removes by rinsing the separated hairs and additional dirt between the razor blades. The removed liquid then exits through the channel 9c to a container not shown in greater detail for housing the corresponding waste water.

The washing process described above can be configured in different ways. On the one hand it is possible for a continuous stream of water to run through the nozzle 8. To cover the entire width of the razor blade, the jet is intended to be oscillating. This can be configured in an electrically controlled manner. On the other hand, it is possible for the water jet to exit pulsatilely from the nozzle 8. Due to the impulse involved, a greater cleaning force can be achieved.
