Abstract

Improvements in the devices for the eventual closure of bottles and the like, characterized in that they comprise a closing mechanism constituted by two pieces, the first of which, constituting the cup-cap, has an incoming rim for its adaptation to the neck of the bottle, the second part acting as the control lever of said mechanism, with the peculiarity that this lever part cooperates functionally, by means of eccentric side ears, with a third piece constituted by a roller armed on an axis which plays on its ends sliding form in respective grooves made in the capsule-cap and next to the articulation between this piece and the control lever, so that by arranging this lever in a position substantially perpendicular to the plane of said cap-cap, the eccentrics act on the roller shaft adjusting it against the neck of the bottle and thus obtaining a hermetic seal eventual of it.
