Abstract

Fijador de expansión mecánica (1) para estructuras metálicas o similares que comprende un conjunto de piezas que forman el fijador de expansión mecánica (1), el fijador mecánico (1) que comprende un perno con cabeza hexagonal (2) y un cuerpo cilíndrico (3) provisto de rosca completa (4), una arandela plana (5) y una camisa (6) de acero bajo en carbono provista de un tratamiento de endurecido para aumentar su resistencia, creando un elemento capaz de soportar grandes esfuerzos de tracción y cizallamiento, dicha camisa (6) dispone de ranuras que definen las patas e, incluso la cabeza de la camisa (6) tiene un hexágono (7) para asegurar que la camisa no gire durante el montaje y la sujeción, de esta forma, no es necesario posicionarlo en el orificio de una manera específica, asegurando flexibilidad en la aplicación, el fijador de expansión mecánica (1), que consta además de una guía cónica (8) preensamblada con el conjunto roscado en la base roscada del fijador de expansión mecánica (1), de modo que cuando el cono está alto en el conjunto, se expanden dichas patas de la camisa, en la que dicho cono (8) está formado por una guía única del sistema de bloqueo (9) diseñada para encajar en las ranuras de la camisa (10) cuando el cono se mueve hacia arriba en el conjunto para evitar que el cono gire en la camisa (6), ya que la cabeza del hexágono (7) cuando se bloquea con una llave fija o de estrella impide esta condición, esto también se aplica en situaciones en las que el nivel de fricción entre el fijador y el material de base se reduce, por lo que hay una fijación fuerte y rígida entre los perfiles huecos metálicos (11) y el fijador de expansión mecánica (1), en el que la arandela plana (5) se interpone entre la cabeza hexagonal (2) del perno y el hexágono (7) de la cabeza de la camisa (6), y en que el hexágono (7) de la cabeza de la camisa (6) es más ancho que la arandela plana (5) y la cabeza hexagonal (2) del perno para proporcionar una amplia opción de zona de contacto, de modo que una primera llave (A) pueda sujetar el hexágono (7) en posición y una segunda llave (B) pueda girar la cabeza hexagonal (2) del tornillo durante el apriete.
