Abstract

Dispositivo y método para el control y gestión de recursos laborales.#La presente invención define un dispositivo de control y gestión de recursos laborales que comprende una placa electrónica que a su vez comprende un emisor y un receptor adaptados para permitir una comunicación bidireccional con sistemas externos, una fuente de alimentación, un procesador que comprende un reloj, una memoria accesible por dicho procesador, una base de datos almacenada en la memoria, y medios de aviso. La invención define también un método de control y gestión de recursos laborales mediante un dispositivo según el primer aspecto inventivo.
