Abstract

Un broche particularmente aplicable a cinturones, en el que prescindiendo de su forma, tamaño y ornamentación, del material de que se fabrique y de la forma y calidad del cinturón en que se monte, se caracteriza por constar de dos piezas dobladas por un extremo en forma de gancho que se enlazan o abrochan entre sí por un anillo o malla intermedio; las propias piezas, por cada lado están dobladas formando cada una dos pestañas gemelas perforadas que sirven de cojinete de sujeción y articulación a una grapilla esencialmente formada por una chapa doblada en ángulo diedro, con su arista coincidente con el eje de su articulación, y uno de cuyos bordes está dentado para hincarse, sujetar y retener a un extremo de la tira o confección que constituye el cinturón.
