The invention relates to a device according to the general term of claim 1.

STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

Different forms of devices for transporting people are known from the state of the art. In this context it is indicated, for example, to DE 20 2010 008 211 U1. There a children's vehicle, especially a bicycle or a tricycle, with a removable seat, is characterized in that the seat has a clamping device, which is created so that the seat, once separated from the children's vehicle, can be placed in a table. From DE 20 2011 051 437 U1 a device for transporting a person is known, in which the device is constructed in such a way that it can be folded.

In addition, WO 03/035448 A1 presents a device according to the general term of claim 1, which is equipped with a seat module and a luggage module.

Finally, we must also mention US 2,670,216 A. In this case, a folding child cart with a sunscreen is presented.

OBJECTIVE

The objective is to make available a device that allows in an easy and practical way that a person and some goods can be transported at the same time and in this case the user receives a maximum in flexibility. The device must be prepared and tuned for use in an easy and fast way, and in the case of not being used more than it can be stored quickly, and as small as possible in volume.

OBJECTIVE SOLUTION

To achieve said objective entail the characteristics of claim 1.

A device according to the invention for the transport of a person generally refers to a vehicle. At the same time, as a vehicle we understand bicycles, tricycles or quadricycles. As a person, it refers to a person who, from an age and capacity, could hold himself on top of the device, without being in danger of falling.

An exemplary embodiment according to the invention has a fastening frame. This support frame is formed by a first support element and a second support element, in which the second support element is coupled by an articulation to the first support element approximately by means of the total length of the first support element. . The joint forms a pivot point. At the pivot point the two support elements are linked together in a way that they can be rotated. By means of the possible turning movement of the second support element with respect to the first support element it is achieved that the device can be folded. In this context the term folded means that the second support element can be turned into the first support element. In this case it is advantageous to save the device in case of not using it.

The joint in this case is inserted in the support construction. The support construction is added to the first support element. The second support element can be fixed in different positions, with respect to the first support element, through a tension device. To do this, the user simply has to press a button, in order to release a previously chosen position. The user can then set the second support element in another defined position by rotating the second support element with respect to the first.

In a preferred embodiment, this occurs so that elastic pins are inserted in the support construction, which will be pressed into the support construction by pressing the button and thus the second element will be released, in such a way. so that the holes of the second support element are no longer blocked. That is why the second support element can now be rotated along the support construction. This may occur, for example, until other elastic pins engage in the positions released from the second support element, and thus, will fix the second support element at a certain position with respect to the first support element.

In a preferred embodiment, the turning movement is possible in such a way that the rolling elements of the second support element can be rotated to an angle of up to 90 ° with respect to the rolling elements of the first support element. In general, the first support element is made in such a way that it supports the goods, which are intended to be transported, and at least a part of the weight of the person to be transported. The first support element has a telescopic guide bar that can be retractable within the structure of the first support element. In addition, a second guide bar is included within the first guide bar, which, at the same time, can be retracted completely or only partially from the first guide bar. In this way it is also possible to occupy less space, which represents an advantage, when not using it, because the first guide bar and the second guide bar can be retracted within the first support element.

Furthermore, the device according to the invention has, in the case of the first guide bar, a first locking element. The first blocking element has the function of blocking the first guide bar in the first support element. In addition, the second guide bar has a second locking element. The second locking element has the function of fixing the second guide bar inside the first guide bar. In this case, the telescopic movement of the guide bars inside the first support element must be especially blocked. In particular, this could be done by means of elastic pins and holes, in which case the elastic pins of the first support element can be made such that they engage in holes of the first guide bar and the elastic pins of the first guide bar they can be made so that they engage in holes in the second guide bar. Opposite placement of drills and elastic pins is also possible, as well as a distribution of both.

In a preferred embodiment, both tubular structures are joined together in a joint, in which case this joint is preferably made close to the joint between the first support element and the second support element. This leads to a better weight distribution and facilitates the use of the device according to the invention. In addition, it is another advantage of this construction that allows a stable and simple construction.

In addition, the device according to the invention has an element with wheels. The number of wheels depends especially on the fact that a bicycle, tricycle or quadricycle is to be formed in the device, for example. An especially preferable example of execution is a quadricycle. The advantage of this embodiment is precisely that by means of its wheels and the rolling elements sufficient stability is achieved, in which case the rolling elements can be used to rotate the entire device. For this, in an exemplary embodiment the rolling elements of the second support element are housed in such a way that they can be rotated. As a rotating housing for the rolling elements, it is referred to in this case that the wheels can be rotated up to 360 ° around an assigned rotating axis. Apart there are also wheels, which are rigidly placed and their function is simply the transport of goods. For this, in the position of use the wheels are placed between the goods to be transported and the ground and the rolling elements are placed between the seat and the ground.

Generally, metal and plastic wheels are used as wheels or rolling elements, which, for example, are already being used in the case of skateboards, scooters, skates, or inline skates. The size and circumference of the wheels used can be made in different ways and depends on the needs of each of the devices according to the invention. The advantage is in the case of in-line skates, due to the favorable possibility of availability along with the good taxiing characteristics and low noise generation. The possibility of combining different types of rolling elements, for example for the first support element and the second support element, is also considered by the idea of the invention. In this case, it is advantageous that, according to the use of the first support element for light or heavy goods or the second support element for light or heavy persons, an adaptation can be made. In addition, the device has a seat. This seat can be padded or not. This seat can be made of plastic or metal and can have any shape and size, as long as they match the general requirements of the device. The advantage in the case of the seat is the pleasant possibility of transporting people. The seat must be designed in such a way that on one side it has little weight and on the other side it allows the person to transport up and down in an easy way. In this case the seat will be connected to the support structure in such a way that the support structure offers sufficient support for the seat, in order to ensure a safe sitting position for the person. In another exemplary embodiment it is also possible that both support elements are either made in the form of bars as support elements or both support elements can also be made as two tubular cords. The advantage in the preferable embodiment is simply the fact that with simple means, which can be achieved quite economically, a very stable construction can be manufactured.

In another preferred embodiment, the device according to the invention has a foot socket. This foot socket serves to collect the feet of the person to be transported. In this case, the foot socket is preferably placed in one of the two support elements or both. In a particularly preferable embodiment, the foot insert is placed between a first wheel arm and a second wheel arm of the second support element. In this case, the foot socket forms a stabilizing transverse joint between both wheel arms. It is advantageous in the case of foot inserts that the person to be transported can support their feet during the journey to rest. Another advantage lies in the fact that then the feet, which no longer crawl on the ground, no longer generate any brake effect for the user of the device.

In another exemplary embodiment of the invention, the first guide bar of the first support element has a holding handle, which can be made in the form of a bar or a semicircle. In the exemplary embodiment according to the invention, the first support element is made in such a way that a briefcase or a basket is reversibly added to the first support element. This could be done, for example, by clips that could join the briefcase or basket with the support element. For this, the briefcase or the basket can have an empty space that is adapted to the shapes of the first support element so that the briefcase or the basket can be fixed directly below the seat on the first support element by clips.

It is also possible that the case or the basket can be reversibly fixed in any other way with the second support element. That could be done, for example, by a rubber band or strip to any other reversible fixing mechanism. In this context, it was simply necessary to consider that completely manual placement and disassembly should be possible without the use of tools. "Below the seat" means in this case the area between the seat and the rolling elements of the first support element. The briefcase or the basket, including the first and second support element, as well as the parts belonging to the state of non-use, preferably in this case have such mass that it can be treated as hand luggage on an airplane. Correspondingly, the briefcase is made a little smaller than what the official dimensions allow as hand luggage, so that the briefcase or the basket, including the first and second support elements, including the other features according to the invention , can be treated as hand luggage.

A device according to the invention is shown in Figure 1. This device according to the invention consists mainly of a first support element 1, a second support element 2 and a seat 3. The first support element 1, the second support element 2 and the seat 3 have a common fastening construction 7 .

The fastening construction 7 is visible below the seat 3. The fastening construction 7 is fixedly connected with the first support element 1. This can be recognized by the screwed connections 16.

The first support element 1 includes a first guide bar 4 and a second guide bar 5, in which case the first guide bar 4 and the second guide bar 5 can be placed telescopically inside the first support element 1. In the view presented in Figure 1, the first guide bar 4 and the second guide bar 5 are shown in a stretched manner. That means that the initial length of the first support element 1 has almost doubled.

The support element 1 with the first guide bar 4 and the second guide bar 5 at the same time is placed in a telescopic way inside a guide tube 29. The guide tube 29 is special and clearly recognizable in figures 6 and 7.

The first guide bar 1 has a holding handle 12 and the second holding bar 5 has a pull handle 13. In addition, the first tube branch 17 has at the other end of the clamping construction 7 a rolling element 20, which is realized in such a way that it can be rotated 360 ° through a rotating joint 19. Figure 8 shows the device with respect to the characteristics described above, in the case of the first guide bar 4 as well as the second guide bar 5, which means that the first support element 1 is inserted into the tube of guide 29. In the exemplary embodiment shown here the second support element is placed in the first support element 1, or in the clamping construction 7, so that it can be rotated around a rotating shaft 32. In this way it can occur the rotation of the second support element 2 in the clamping construction 7. This is possible especially because the clamping construction 7 is fixedly connected with the first supporting element 1.

The second support element 2 is placed through an elastic pin-hole construction 8 in the clamp construction 7 in a rotating manner. A joint action here not shown in more detail between elastic pins and holes, which will be defined as a tension device, allows the fixing of the second support element 2 at previously fixed pivot points in relation to the first support element 1.

For this, the user simply has to press a button here not shown in more detail, in order to release a previously chosen position. By pressing the button, the elastic pin of the clamping construction 7 is pressed and the fixing hole of the second support element 2 is exited, so that the second support element 2 can be turned towards the clamping construction 7. A the user can then fix the first support element 1 in a defined position by turning the second support element 2, for example towards the first support element 1, such that the second support element exceeds other elastic pins, here neither represented in more detail, and finally positioned by means of the gear in the bore of the second support element 2.

In order to then re-release the second support element 2, the user must press again the button not shown in more detail, in order to press the elastic pins inside the clamp construction 7 and in this way unlocking the second support element 2. In order to make possible a rotating movement of the second support element 2 in the clamping construction 7, the second supporting element 2 has a rotating shaft 32 in the clamping construction 7 .

Furthermore, it can be seen in Figure 1 how a briefcase 6 has a free space 27, which, in order to be received by it, is adapted to the seat 3. In addition, the briefcase 6 shows a connection device by clips 28, not described here in more detail, with which the case 6 can be fixed to the first support element 1 of the device according to the invention between the seat 3 and the wheels 24 and 25, using the clip mechanism.
