Abstract

Un método de tratamiento de líquido en una planta de tratamiento de líquido que comprende al menos un módulo de tratamiento de líquido que emplea al menos una de membranas de ósmosis inversa y de nanofiltración, en el que el al menos un módulo tiene una entrada de líquido, una salida de permeado y una salida de salmuera, en el que el método comprende: (a) suministrar el líquido a tratar al módulo de tratamiento de líquido a través de la entrada de líquido; (b) proporcionar al menos una parte del líquido de la salida de salmuera nuevamente hacia la entrada de líquido; (c) monitorizar la presión del líquido dentro del al menos un módulo de tratamiento de líquido; y (d) al detectar que la presión del líquido excede un umbral de presión de líquido predeterminado, cerrar la circulación del líquido de la salida de salmuera nuevamente a la entrada de líquido para reducir la presión del líquido en el al menos un módulo de tratamiento de líquido y realizar simultáneamente al menos una de las siguientes: (i) reducir la presión del líquido en la salida de salmuera hasta un nivel superior a la presión atmosférica que excede la presión osmótica del líquido en el al menos un módulo de tratamiento de líquido; (ii) aumentar la entrada de líquido en la entrada de líquido mediante el uso de un volumen de líquido designado en momentos distintos a cuando se excede e inmediatamente después de esto; (iii) equilibrar las presiones del líquido entre una presión del líquido dentro del al menos un módulo de tratamiento de líquido y dentro de un tanque de alimentación de líquido; y (iv) proporcionar un pasaje de líquido de flujo de retorno que reduce la presión desde la entrada de líquido del al menos un módulo de tratamiento de líquido que evita a bomba de aumento de presión de líquido corriente arriba de la entrada de líquido.
