Abstract

Un dispositivo de montaje para el asiento de una silla, que comprende: una ménsula de so- porte, a modo de placa en general, destinada a ir montada horizontalmente en general sobre una base o pedestal de silla; un eje o muñón horizontal transverso; un miembro de montaje de asiento fijado al eje o muñón, con rotación en torno al eje geométrico del muñón y destinado a ir sujeto a la parte o cara inferior del asiento de sillar, teniendo la ménsula de soporte y el miembro de montaje unas superficies mutuamente aplicables, separadas a cierta distancia del muñón, para limitar la inclinación hacia atrás del miembro en la ménsula; y un conjunto de muelle conectado entre la ménsula y el miembro que refrena elásticamente el miembro impidiéndole que se incline o ladee hacia delante en torno a l muñón, incluyendo el conjunto de muelle un pasador de conexión que se extiende bajando desde el miembro de montaje, conectado a éste, en un lugar que se halla a cierta distancia de separación hacia atrás del eje o muñón, y lleva en su extremo inferior un retenedor, estando este extremo por debajo de una porción de asiento de muñón de la ménsula, y un muelle de compresión aplicado entre el retenedor y un asiento de muelle.
