OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a device intended to be installed on the edge of a pool which is configured as a multipurpose module whose installation allows the subsequent arrangement of different accessory elements for swimming pool. Said device is composed of a mechanism for the elevation of the water of the pool as well as a base that at the same time that provides the necessary hold to the edge allows the installation of various elements that make use of the collected water such as water canons, jets of water. whirlpool, water curtains, fountains and decorative waterfalls, etc.

By means of the present invention, the pool is provided with a base on which various elements can be used that are exchanged in a simple manner, allowing the set to be provided with as many different utilities as there are different elements. Likewise. the installation is possible without work of elements of this nature already existing and that currently need work for the passage of food pipes, manholes, etc.

FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention will have application mainly in the industry of manufacture of equipment for swimming pools and the like.

ANTECEDENTS OF THE 1NVENTION

Currently there is a wide variety of swimming pool accessories in the markets, which range from purely ornamental elements such as fountains to more functional ones such as hydro massage jets, water canons and similar. These accessories in their most common installation mode require the completion of works in the pool, where it will be necessary to perform drilling in the structure and ditches for the installation of pipelines that carry water from the pool to the nozzle of the element to be arranged. , as well as registration boxes for subsequent maintenance. Due to this, the installation is expensive and expensive to perform, which is a barrier that prevents access to the acquisition of this type of elements by the public.

It is known the existence in the market of solutions for the installation of some of these accessories without the need to carry out work. being configured as portable devices, and which are mainly ornamental fiincion, consisting of taking advantage of the water impulsion of the filtration system of the pool itself to install the element at the exit and conduct the water through it. Through this system you can find sources for swimming pools, water canons and similar elements. However, by taking advantage of the impulse for these purposes, on the one hand, the recirculation capacity of the swimming pool water is being lost, while on the other hand, the power and the flow that the installed accessory offers is subordinated to the one provided by the impulsion, being in many insufficient cases for the purpose that is sought with its installation.

An added problem of the accessories that use the water impulsion of the pool consists in the fact that the attachment's grip is based only on the connection to the impulsion nozzle, constituting a fragile element.

It is also known that there are portable devices that have an internal water lift system, which take water from the pool and lead it to the top to an exit. As examples we can find the documents US5115974A or FR2915689A1, which describe equipment that is installed in the edge of the pool without the need of work and where the water outlet is made by some mouths located in the upper part that are configured as a source; the document ES2128205A1 that follows the same principle, driving the water towards a filter that allows to clean the water and then returns it to the pool; document US3820173A, which has a device to drive the water and favor the circulation of this, and which also has outputs in this case to act as whirlpool jets. It is also known that there is a whirlpool chair (patent with international application number PCT / ES2012 / 000269) which describes a device that is anchored to the edge of a swimming pool and rests on the swimming pool wall in a similar way as it does. makes the present invention. However, all similarity is there, since the device of this international patent lacks the rest of the elements of which the invention of the present invention has, and has a totally differentiated operating system.

In all the aforementioned cases, the devices are designed as an element intended for a specific use (source, filter, water circulation ...), thus making it desirable the appearance of a device that was configured as a multipurpose base which had of such characteristics that would allow the installation of different elements for different uses, so that with the same base it would be possible to have a fountain or a whirlpool, for example, just by changing the upper module.

For this, it will be necessary on the one hand the design of a support base that is capable of supporting different geometries. Given that when modifying the element that is available on the multipurpose base, the final geometry of the joint and therefore the situation of its center of gravity, it will be necessary to have a holding structure that supports these variations.

On the other hand, to enable the connection of different elements to the multipurpose base it will be necessary to have adapters suitable for the different types of connection of these elements, as well as to provide the possibility of regulating the flow and pressure according to the different needs of each one of them.

Therefore, the holders of the present invention do not know of any device that offers these characteristics of modularity and adaptability to different geometrical configurations and different types of connection. so it is considered that it is configured as a novel element and endowed with inventive activity, thus fulfilling the requirements of patentability that this type of inventions are required to provide them with protection.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The device that is recommended herein is configured from a hollow main body with an inverted L-shape. that in future we will denominate base, that is anchored to the edge of the swimming pool and whose inferior part is submerged under the water. In its interior it has an equipment of elevation of water electrically fed to low voltage of security which sucks the water and drives it towards the superior part, where the elements of connection are arranged for the different accessories that will be arranged later on the horizontal part of the base that rests on the edge of the pool.

The fastening to the edge of the pool is carried out by means of a series of diverse anchors that allow the correct fixation of the base, providing at the same time capacity to support different types of accessories in the upper part as well as adaptability to the edge of the pool regardless of the morphology of this. Said anchors are located on the sides and front of the base and have a configuration that enables the commented adaptability, consisting of a series of height adjustable legs combined with a series of holes that allow the insertion of added anchors which may have different morphologies like grapples or suckers, or that can be joined to counterweights that stabilize the whole. In optional installation forms, it is possible to suppress said legs and use lag screws that guarantee the fastening. The fastening system used for the fixation of the base from the fins could be varied without altering the essentiality of the invention, using pressure blocks or any other similar performance system.

The base, once installed. it will remain with its vertical section arranged parallel to the wall of the pool, partially submerged under water. For its part, the horizontal section will be parallel to the floor of the edge of the pool. Advantageously, both vertical and horizontal sections may have an articulation that allows turning both parts until they are parallel and thus reduce the size of the device to facilitate its transport and storage.

The energy supply of the water lifting equipment will be carried out by any known method, this aspect being independent of the essentiality of the invention. The power supply could be done through a power regulation mechanism that allows to vary the work regime of the water lift equipment.

Inside, the base will have a water lift equipment, as already indicated, as well as one or several pipes that will lead the water to the top, where we will find a series of adapters for the coupling of the rear accessories, as well as for valvuleria that allows the regulation of the flow and pressure supplied to the accessory.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

In view of the mentioned figures, and in accordance with the numeration adopted, an example of a preferred embodiment of the invention can be observed, which comprises the parts and elements that are indicated and described in detail below, not pretending to absolute the present example limit the scope of this.

The device is configured from a hollow main body with an inverted L shape, which we call base which is arranged in the pool so that the larger side (1) is parallel to the pool wall (6) while the smaller side (2) is horizontal, resting on the edge of the pool (5). The larger side (1) will be partially submerged in the water of the pool so that the lifting equipment (9) can catch water to transport it to the upper part of the base, that is, to the outlet (23) arranged in the minor side (2).

The major side (1) at its upper end will have a narrowing (7), consisting of a reduction of the width of the major side (1) to such an extent that it allows to save the flight of the coronation (8) that tops the edge of the the pool (5), in case the pool where you are going to install have the. The height of said narrowing (7), on the other hand, will be about 5 cm, the necessary distance so that said flight (8) can be used to favor the anchoring of the base, by pressing the lower part of the narrowing (7). ) at the bottom of the flight (8).

Optionally, the point of union of the major side (1) of the base with the smaller side (2) could be articulated so as to allow the folding of the device. By folding it will obtain a piano object, with a width equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the major side (1) and the minor side (2) and a surface equal to that of the major side (1), easy to transport and to stock.

The smaller side (2) has on its sides a multiplicity of fins (21) protruding from the base (2) and each of them have a threaded hole for the insertion of anchoring screws (22). When threading the screws (22) they will press on different points of the edge of the pool (5) while the lower part of the narrowing (7) of the main body (1) will press on the flight of the coronation (8) thus anchoring the device . In addition, the screws (22) will have the mission of leveling the base (2) so that it is horizontal, allowing the assembly to adapt to the case of coronations that are not flat.

Inside the base will have a water elevation equipment (9) (such as an aspiration pump or any similar performance element) which will take the water that penetrates the larger side (1) through the water inlet ( 11) disposed in its lower part and will take it through a conduit (10) to the outlet (23) existing in the upper part of the smaller side (2).

The smaller side (2) will have in its upper part in addition to the aforementioned outlet (23), a multiplicity of threaded holes (24) for the subsequent attachment of accessories (4). These accessories (4) will dispose of their own corresponding holes for the insertion of screws. The possibility of having intermediate elements that enable anchoring is contemplated in the event that the holes (24) of the base (2) and those of the base (3) of the accessories ( 4) are not coincidental.

In the same way. the water outlet (23) will have adapters adapted to the characteristics of the interior conduction of the accessory (4) so that it will allow the water driven by the elevation equipment to be driven into the installed accessory (4).

Thus, the water in the pool will be collected by entering through the entrance (11) of the larger side (1) and conducted through the interior of the base to exit through the upper part of the smaller side (2) and penetrate with pressure and adequate flow rate in the accessory (4) where it will subsequently exit to fall back into the pool, thus closing the circuit.

One of the main advantages of the device consists in the fact of being able to replace the accessory (4) at convenience, existing as the only condition for it that the base of said accessory (3) is compatible with the anchoring system of the base, as well as the connection with the output line (23). As indicated. Compatibility in the case of not being given directly could be achieved through suitable intermediate adapters.

In the rear part of the smaller side (2), the base will have some housings (29) in which any type of elements can be introduced that adapt to the configuration of these and improve the anchoring of the device depending on the final geometry of the whole.

For example, in the case of swimming pools with overflow, where there is no coronation flight (8) to allow the device to be fixed, the base will include clamping grapples (25) whose vertical part will be inserted through the overflow grating and that will allow to fix the device when supporting the end of said hooks (25) in the overflow walls. The base will therefore have housings (29) at its rear end, consisting of circular section holes for this example, where the hooks (25) are inserted, where the respective axis of each housing (29) will be perpendicular to the axis of new threaded holes (26) for fixing the hooks (25), arranged in the upper part of the smaller side (2) which allow the insertion of screws (28) to fix the hooks (25) to a certain length.

The fixing holes of the hooks (26) will have an initial recess that will allow the head of the fastening screws of the hooks (28) to be inserted into the base. The hooks (25) will usually be covered by an embellisher (27), of geometry coinciding with that of the minor side (2) of the base and which is inserted over this covering.

In this particular example, the feed of the water pump is carried out by electric power, supplied through an insulated cable (12) with suitable characteristics of resistance to! Water. connecting to the source of supply that will be located outside the security volumes of the pool that the regulations mark.

Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the way to put it into practice, it is not considered necessary to broaden its explanation so that any expert in the field understands its scope and the advantages derived therefrom, stating that, within its essentiality. may be carried out in other forms of realization that differ in detail from the one indicated by way of example, and to which the protection that is collected will also be obtained provided that it is not altered, changes or modifies its fundamental principle.
