Abstract

Instrumento binocular optoelectrónico para la corrección automática de la presbicia. El instrumento incorpora dos lentes optoelectrónicas (103, 110; 203, 204) y un subsistema de toma de imágenes que capturan imágenes del ojo. Mediante el seguimiento pupilar, que se realiza procesando las imágenes del ojo, el sistema es capaz de determinar la profundidad a la que el sujeto está mirando. El seguimiento pupilar se lleva a cabo a muy alta velocidad, usando tarjetas gráficas de gran rendimiento y un algoritmo altamente paralelizado de detección de pupilas.
