Abstract

Procedimiento de depósito de células sobre una placa de análisis (1), estando dichas células contenidas en una suspensión celular (4) que comprende un fijador y dichas células, que consta de la etapa de: - suministro de un sistema que comprende una cámara de recepción (5) de la suspensión colocada por encima de la placa de análisis (1), y cuyo fondo está abierto y se extiende frente a una zona de depósito de células de la placa y un material de absorción (7) del fijador colocado alrededor de la cámara y de la zona de depósito de la placa, caracterizado porque el procedimiento comprende las siguientes etapas: - colocar la cámara (5) en una primera posición (figura 1) en apoyo contra la placa de análisis (1) para permitir un depósito por decantación de las células sobre la zona de depósito de la placa (1), y - desplazar la cámara (5) a una segunda posición (figura 2) alejada de esta placa de análisis (1), para poner la cámara (5) en relación fluídica con el material de absorción (7) para permitir la absorción del fijador por este material.
