Abstract

DESCRIPTION

Associated cosmetic product applicator, cosmetic bag and procedure

[0001] The present invention relates to an applicator of cosmetic product according to the preamble of the

claim 1.

[0002] The applicator is intended to open the container containing the cosmetic product and to distribute the cosmetic product contained in the container tightly on a body surface of the user,

10 advantageously a keratnic surface such as hair.

[0003] Patents US 5 297 882 A, US 5 343 880 A and EP 0 353 001 A describe examples of applicators of cosmetic products.

[0004] The cosmetic product is for example a product for the care of keratnic fibers. With

more generally, the cosmetic product can be a product of coloring keratnic fibers, a

cleaning product, a solar product or even a makeup product.

[0005] By "cosmetic product" we understand, favorably, within the meaning of the present invention, a

20 product as defined in Regulation (EC) No 1222/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated

November 30, 2009, related to cosmetic products.

[0006] In the cosmetic field, certain products must be sealed tightly in a container in order to be stored for a long period. Subsequently, just before the application of the product,

25 the container is opened to allow the product to be distributed.

[0007] This is the case, for example, for the doses of products intended to prevent the broth of the hair, the application of which is spaced over time.

30 [0008] To facilitate the application of products on the body surface, it is known from FR 2 854 140 that

It is necessary to pack the product in a container provided with a frangible opercle and provide an applicator of the aforementioned type, which has its own tubular body to be screwed onto the container.

[0012] An objective of the invention is therefore to obtain a proper applicator to be mounted on a

container that contains the product tightly with fast, reliable and easy application methods.

[0013] For this purpose, the invention has as an object an applicator of cosmetic product according to claim 1.

[0014] The applicator according to the invention may comprise one or more of the characteristics of the

[0015] The invention also has as its object a cosmetic product distribution bag according to claim 10.

[0016] The bag according to the invention may comprise one or more of the characteristics of the

claims 11 to 14.

[0017] The invention also has as its object a cosmetic product distribution bag, which

understands:

- a container intended to receive a cosmetic product; the container comprises at least one frangible opercle

- an applicator that includes:

5 * a hollow body that defines an insertion inlet chamber of the vessel that extends along an axis of insertion of the vessel, the inlet chamber that flows out of the applicator through an inlet opening, the hollow body that defines an outlet chamber of collection of cosmetic product, exit chamber that ends at a distribution outlet opening;

* an opening organ of the container, protruding through the exit chamber to the entrance chamber;

10 * a pushing element of the cosmetic product contained in the outlet chamber towards the distribution outlet opening;

The container being movable through the inlet opening and the inlet chamber to an opening position of the tank in which the opening organ intended to break the frangible opercle, in which the opening organ 15 of the container comprises a member hollow that presents a central illumination of evacuation of the cosmetic product. The central illumination that flows through a top hole, and a bottom hole displaced along the insertion axis, and whereby in the opening position, the top hole is disposed in the container, and the opening hole at the bottom it flows at least partially out of the container into the lower chamber.

represented vertically in figure 5. The hollow wall 16 behaves as! an almost cylindrical lateral division 22 and a bottom 24. It delimits an upper opening covered by opercle 20.
