Abstract

Procedimiento para fabricar un componente, constituido como chapa calorífuga o aislante, a partir de un producto plano semielaborado de metal (1), en el que este producto semielaborado tiene al menos un segmento estructurado (2) y al menos un segmento no estructurado (3), presentando este producto semielaborado segmentos del borde (4) y siendo los segmentos estructurados (2) dado el caso segmentos con estampado diferente, estando configurado un segmento no estructurado (3, 4) como zona de unión para la unión en arrastre de material, forma o fuerza y presentando al menos un segmento no estructurado (3) una escotadura (5) y estando formado el producto semielaborado plano por una sola pieza, incluyendo la etapa de un solo paso correspondiente al prensado o estampado de chapa metálica con segmentos estructurados y no estructurados predeterminados con las correspondientes herramientas para fabricar el producto semielaborado plano de metal, estando configuradas las herramientas tal que las mismas presentan segmentos estructurados y no estructurados predeterminados y de esta manera configuran en una etapa los segmentos estructurados y no estructurados en la chapa metálica, no alisándose de nuevo segmentos previamente estructurados en otra etapa de procesamiento adicional.
