The invention relates to a drawer system according to the preamble of claim 1.

STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

The drawers are often equipped with compartments, in order to store objects in them, for example, cover it. For this purpose, as a general rule, an arrangement of drawer insert elements is used which, in the simplest of cases, is a cover insert that has a plurality of compartments that can have different sizes.

The disadvantage of the known solutions is that the arrangement of drawer insert elements generally has compartments of a defined size and is thus fixed in terms of the configuration of compartments. In this way, it is possible that the user does not effectively take advantage of the cutlery drawer and is not even in a position to store all his objects in the drawer, for example because he does not have enough compartments for wooden spoons or long knives or cutlery to serve salads

From DE 20 2011 004 717 U1 a drawer system is known according to the preamble of claim 1, which presents a series of organizational elements, so that it can be adapted to different modular dimensions. For this, different basic modules and supplementary modules designed to attach to the basic modules are provided. The disadvantage of this solution is that a very large number of modules of different sizes must be in stock to get a complete drawer insert.

THE INVENTION

Therefore, the objective of the present invention is to indicate a drawer system of the type named at the beginning in which these disadvantages do not occur and that with only a few different inserts allow flexible adaptation to different modular dimensions.

This objective is achieved by a drawer system with the characteristics of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are found in the secondary claims.

The invention is based on the essential technical idea that the arrangement of drawer insertion elements is composed of a set of a plurality of insertion elements or dividing elements, in which the assembly is formed of at least;

- a first profile part with a U or L shaped cross section and a first length,

- a second profile part with a cross section in U or L and a second length different from the first length,

- a third part of the profile that is formed from a combination of a first part of the profile and a ribbon element placed on one of its front faces and that closes the front face,

- a quarter of the profile that is formed of a combination of a second profile and a ribbon element placed on its only front face and that closes the front face,

which allows an almost unlimited diversity of drawer divisions to store small and larger pieces. With an appropriate length of the first and second profile it is possible to equip, particularly in the kitchen area, the usual widths of drawers of 40, 60, 90 and 120 cm, being able to insert or organize elements, if desired, divide entire surface of compartments to the side parts of the drawer, without interstices leading to the edge.

The profile parts may preferably be formed essentially of metal, in particular aluminum, or wood. Upon request, other materials are also possible.

According to a preferred embodiment, it is provided that the slat element of the third and / or fourth part of the profile comes out laterally from both sides in relation to the profile part combined therewith, in particular glued. In this way, by inserting this third or fourth part of the profile in the drawer, other compartments that complement each other by means of the side walls of the drawer are produced laterally alongside the profile part.

In addition, it may be particularly provided that the slat element of the third and / or fourth part of the profile is formed on the narrow side facing the bottom of the drawer and / or opposite the bottom of the drawer flush with the combined profile part, particularly stuck. The positive union can ensure, in particular, that the insertion elements do not move, for example, when the drawer is opened or closed.

For this purpose, alternatively or additionally, a flocking may be provided on the lower face of the arrangement of drawer insertion elements and on the upper opposite side of the bottom. The flocking of the contact sectors between the bottom and the arrangement of drawer insertion elements or of the insertion parts ensures a friction joint between the arrangement of drawer and bottom insertion elements. In this way it is also possible, even with an internal sector of the drawer not filled in positive union, that when moving the drawer the insertion elements or division elements remain in place and do not move.

The bottom may be directly flocked. Alternatively, the bottom flocking can be performed by a flocked insert resting on the bottom, for example a flocked mat or the like.

Below are advantageous embodiments of the organizational element according to the invention.

The insert element provided at the bottom of the organization element protrudes longitudinally from the organization element with respect to the bottom and / or side walls, at least on a front face of the profile part, at a predetermined distance. In this way it is achieved that the front contact of the organization element against another wall that closes the front face of the organization element does not produce scratches in the drawer; this is produced by letting the insert element out frontally, this being formed of a material, for example wood, plastic or wood-derived material that does not leave, if possible, scratches or traces on the components in contact with it.

Thus, on the front side between the side walls of the organization element and the wall part that faces the front side, narrow slits are produced in the sector of the insert element, so that juxtaposition in said sector is avoided.

The insert element is preferably housed in longitudinally extended grooves provided in the side walls. In this way, if necessary, the separate configured insert element can be replaced when required. In this way, an essentially more variable system is also achieved by configuring the organizational elements. Also, the insert element may be an integral component of the profile element's bottom.

According to an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the profile element is connected on a front face with a ribbon whose main direction of extension is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the profile element. In this way, an organization element is created to which other C or U-shaped profile parts can be added, whereby the ribbon is then used as a shared front wall. Thus, it can preferably be provided that the lath is connected to the insert element of the profile part. In this way, the insert element of the profile part can be housed, in particular, with its front face in a groove provided in the bar. Also here a contact with the side walls of the profile part is possible, as well! also the conformation of cracks, that is a spacing, between the slat and the side walls of the profile part. Preferably, the bar is glued with the insert element or profile part.

Advantageously, the aforementioned spacing (between the profile and ribbon part or the projection of the insert part with respect to the profile part) is between 0.2 mm and 1.2 mm, preferably between 0.5 mm and 0.9 mm, in particular around 0.7 mm.

In particular, when, as in the example shown, the extension of the profile parts ends at a distance from the side wall 11, the construction must be anchored to the bottom 14 or a bottom insert 1a of the drawer. In addition to all possible combinations of friction bonding, it may be provided that the bottom 14 (or if it exists, the insert 1a) is flocked. At the same time, the existing profile parts 20, 30, 40, 50 are flocked, at least in sections, on their bottom face oriented to the bottom part 14, 1a. By means of the flocking of the two parts to be joined, a friction joint is achieved between the bottom 14 or insert 1a and the insertion elements 20, 30, 40, 50, because the fibers are "engaged" due to the fiber structure of the flocked surfaces. In this way, sliding can be prevented when, for example, the insertion elements 20, 30, 40, 50 cannot be held in position with adjacent parts by means of positive union.

In figures 3 to 6 an organizational element according to the invention is shown. In the example, the organization element 20 illustrated in Figures 3 and 4 shows at least one part of profile 200 that can be attached to a ribbon 24. Next, the invention, which can merely include the profile part 200, is explained in detail by means of the example of a profile part 200 with ribbon 24.

The profile part 200 extends in its main extension direction Y and has two side walls 202a, 202b extending transversely X on both sides of the bottom 202d of the profile part. Z indicates the direction of the height of the side walls 202a, 202b. Side walls 202a, 202b have corresponding front faces 221a, 221b and 222a, 222b.
