Abstract
Un método de aireación de un vino previamente a su degustación, de manera que dicho vino está contenido en una botella que comprende un cuello obturado por un tapón, de tal modo que dicho método consiste en, una vez retirado el tapón, poner el vino en contacto con un volumen de aire durante un lapso de tiempo antes de degustarlo, caracterizado por que consiste en: - determinar un volumen de aire necesario para que el vino se abra, en función de sus propiedades, - volver a cerrar la botella colocando a la altura del cuello una sonda (18) que comprende, por un lado, una primera parte (20), denominada cabeza, configurada para cooperar con dicho cuello (22) de tal modo que se limite la transferencia de gas entre el exterior y el interior de la botella, y, por otro lado, una segunda parte (24), denominada cuerpo, cuyas dimensiones son más pequeñas que la sección del cuello, de modo que se permita a dicho cuerpo ser introducido en el interior de la botella a la altura del cuello, bajo la cabeza (20), de tal manera que dicho cuerpo (24) tiene un volumen adaptado en función del volumen de aire determinado que se ha de poner en contacto con el vino, - homogeneizar el contenido de la botella, y - aguardar un lapso de tiempo P0' determinado, previamente a su degustación.
