Abstract

Immunizing preparations including vaccines containing Clostridium perfringens (Cl. welchii) b - or e -toxoid or both toxoids, or b - or e -toxin or both toxins are stabilized by adjusting the pH to 5.7 to 6.3 by the addition of acid or alkali as required and are then filled into sealed containers. The pH adjustment is made after the addition of preservative and any desired adjuvant.
