Abstract

Endoprótesis de articulación de rodilla (10) con un componente femoral (14) y un componente meniscal (16) soportado de forma móvil con respecto a este y en este, comprendiendo el componente femoral (14) un cóndilo medial y un cóndilo lateral (32, 34) que presentan una superficie condilar medial y una superficie condilar lateral (36, 38), presentando el componente meniscal (16) una superficie articular medial y una superficie articular lateral (50, 60) en las que se apoyan al menos en parte las superficies condilares medial y lateral (36, 38), estando conformados el cóndilo medial (32) y la superficie articular medial (50) para formar una articulación de rotación (56) con un centro de articulación de rotación (52), estando previsto un dispositivo de guiado de movimiento de rodadura (62) para la rodadura definida de la superficie condilar lateral (38) y de la superficie articular lateral (60) una en otra a lo largo de una trayectoria curvada (72) definida en función de un ángulo de flexión (68) entre el componente femoral (14) y el componente meniscal (16), que discurre alrededor del centro de articulación de rotación (52), caracterizada porque el centro de articulación de rotación (52) está realizado en forma de un centro de articulación (52) que se mueve con respecto al componente femoral (14) y al componente meniscal (16) a lo largo de una trayectoria de centro de articulación de rotación (54) que discurre en sentido antero-posterior en función de un ángulo de flexión (68) entre el componente femoral (14) y el componente meniscal (16).
