Abstract

Sistema termodinámico para una termovinificación para permitir, por un lado, el enfriamiento de una primera composición obtenida a partir de uvas y, por otro lado, el calentamiento de una segunda composición obtenida a partir de uvas, constando dicho sistema de un primer intercambiador (6, 6') que permite enfriar la primera composición y de un segundo intercambiador (22) que permite calentar la segunda composición, caracterizado por que consta, además, de: - un primer circuito (2) de fluido frigorígeno que consta de una válvula de expansión (18; 40) y de un compresor (16; 46), y que alimenta el primer intercambiador (6, 6'); - un segundo circuito (4) de fluido frigorígeno distinto del primer circuito (2) que consta de una válvula de expansión (26; 61) y de un compresor (24; 46), y que alimenta el segundo intercambiador (22); y - un tercer intercambiador (32) térmico entre el primer circuito (2) y el segundo circuito (4).
