Abstract
Method of broadcasting audiovisual content. # The object of the invention allows to control the points of insertion of secondary contents in the slave channels of a simultaneous broadcast in a set of channels, avoiding that the rigidity of the orders in the times that the programming marks of the main channel leads to transitions to advertising in those secondary channels are made at inappropriate points, so that, at least, the interruption of word pronunciation is avoided. To designate these points, the primary broadcast content for each channel is taken into account, analyzed and assessed. The invention allows the insertion of advertising content in the slave channels to be managed in an automated manner so that the primary content is not abruptly interrupted.

OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The invention is part of the field of multimedia content distribution.
More specifically, the object of the invention is directed to a method of controlling the emission of audiovisual content in an automated manner.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Broadcasts of multimedia content, such as television broadcasts, either in a traditional way such as DTT, or via satellite or Internet televisions known as IPTV, have become a common way of transmitting audiovisual content as informative , movies, documentaries or any consumer entertainment production.
Said audiovisual content may comprise at least two different types of content, said differentiation is easily discernible by the consumer of audiovisual content. First, we have audiovisual content for entertainment or information (primary content), which are the ones that usually occupy most of the broadcast time; and, on the other hand, we have commercial audiovisual contents (secondary contents) that are those that support advertising spaces and usually occupy a smaller amount of broadcast time with respect to the broadcast time of the primary contents.
During the broadcast on a particular channel of a primary content there are interruptions to give way to commercial or secondary content broadcasts, the well-known "ads" that, for example, can discontinue the broadcast of a sequence of a content. This moment is crucial both for audiovisual content providers and for consumers of such content.
There is a practice of synchronizing the broadcast of commercial content on multiple channels. This practice usually has a master or main channel, which marks the start and end times of commercial content broadcasting, and one or more slave channels, which follow the instructions of the master channel for the insertion of commercial content. In this way, commercial content is broadcast simultaneously on all grouped or associated channels (master and slaves).
The possibility of improving the consumption experience is observed by softening the effect of said interruptions on the entertainment contents of the slave channels 10 when they are ordered to give way to commercial content from the master channel.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The object of the invention is directed to the viewer who seeks a better experience of consumption of primary contents that are interrupted by the insertion of secondary or advertising content. To this end, a method of broadcasting audiovisual content is presented that allows to determine a suitable moment to, in the margin of a defined time interval from an instruction of the master channel, 20 interrupt the broadcast of primary audiovisual content in a slave channel to give way to the emission of secondary content with minimal impact on the continuity of the primary content.
The method described here is based on a detailed analysis of the primary content to be issued as well as on the execution of the emission control. Through an analysis of the primary content, a series of optimal breakpoints of said content is determined in an automated manner, that is, at what moments the emission of the primary content should be paused and that of the secondary content in the slave channel should start from of the order to move to commercial content from the master channel. 30 The broadcast of the paused primary content resumes once the secondary content broadcast is finished.
Identification of: pronounced word end, end of dialogue, change of plane, change of sequence or transition by black.
The invention allows that during the broadcast of the primary content of the slave channel, 5 when the order of simultaneous secondary content is received from the master channel, the broadcast system is intelligently capable of delaying the content pause trigger. primary and secondary content broadcast until the next optimal point identified according to the requirements listed above is reached.
10 REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN10 PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
In a possible embodiment of the method of broadcasting audiovisual content object of the invention there is a group of ChN broadcast channels, with at least two broadcast channels, in which one of them acts as a master and the rest as a slave or slaves. . These ChN channels are broadcast by at least one broadcast center and received by at least one content receiver adapted for viewing them. Each respective ChN channel has or may have primary (entertainment) and secondary (commercial) content.
The method of broadcasting audiovisual content object of the invention is based on a previous analysis of the primary contents to be broadcast by one or more slave channels, to automatically determine at least one temporary moment t within a broadcast time of said contents as ideal time to start broadcasting secondary content; for example, the broadcast of the secondary content in one channel can be started when in the rest of the ChN broadcast channels, secondary content is being broadcast.
In a preferred embodiment, said suitability estimate is related to a time point t within an emission time of at least part of the primary content. The determination of the temporal moment t for each channel ChN is carried out in an automated manner by analyzing the respective primary contents, identifying instants in which at least one of the following events occurs: end of pronounced word, change of plane, pause of dialogues, pause in ambient sound, pause in background music, pause in soundtrack, cast to black,

Once the temporary moment t has been determined, a broadcast of at least part of the secondary content in the channel in which the primary content is being broadcast can be initiated at that time.
In a possible alternative embodiment, it is envisaged to shift the emission of the secondary content in the slave channel or channels, pending the previously identified optimal insertion points and in a time not exceeding 10 seconds.
In relation to the control of the broadcast, a possible embodiment would take into account the communication through standard or specific protocols, GPIs or any other type of signaling between the master and slave channels to communicate the moments of pause of broadcast of primary content and start of secondary content, as well as time synchronization between channels. From this information, for each channel, a device with the information of all the instants of optimal time of passage to secondary content from the primary contents to be broadcast, would provide the intelligence necessary to control the proper execution of emissions in the slave channel, favoring the improvement of the consumer experience for the viewer.
