Un dispositivo de identificación y acumulación (1, 10) de artículos (A) provistos de un código de identificación, que comprende: un bastidor (2); una región de detección (3), donde los artículos (A) se colocan en una fila de tal manera que el código de identificación relativa está dispuesto en un lado (L) de la fila; medios de detección ópticos (4) dispuestos en proximidad de la región de detección (3) para detectar el código de identificación de los artículos (A) cuando los artículos (A) están dispuestos en la región de detección (3); una región de acumulación (5) en la que los artículos (A) procedentes de la región de detección (3) se acumulan de manera que sean posteriormente embalados; la región de detección (3) estando interpuesta entre la región de acumulación (5) y los medios de detección ópticos (4) y que está alineada con la región de acumulación (5) y los medios de detección ópticos (4); una guía lineal (6, 60, 61) fijada al bastidor (2); un carro (7) que es móvil a lo largo de la guía lineal (6, 60, 61); un empujador (8) soportado por el carro (7), que comprende un brazo de conexión (80) constreñido al carro (7) y una placa de empuje (81) que está soportada por el brazo de conexión (80), dicha placa de empuje (81) estando dimensionada para empujar los artículos (A) de la región de detección (3) a la región de acumulación (5); siendo conducida la placa de empuje (81) por el carro (7) a lo largo de una vía de avance recto desde una posición retraída, en la que la placa de empuje (81) está interpuesta entre la región de detección (3) y los medios de detección ópticos (4) y en la que la placa de empuje (81) está alineada con la región de detección (3) y los medios de detección ópticos (4), a una posición avanzada en la que la placa de empuje (81) está en la región de acumulación (5); estando el dispositivo (1, 10) caracterizado por que el empujador (8) comprende además medios de movimiento (900) para mover el brazo de conexión (80) y la placa de empuje (81) con respecto al carro (7), dichos medios de movimiento (900) permitiendo el desplazamiento de la placa de empuje (81) fuera de la vía de avance recto para que los medios de detección ópticos (4) se enfrenten a los artículos (A) dispuestos en una fila en la región de detección (3) para detectar el código de identificación relativa.An identification and accumulation device (1, 10) of articles (A) provided with an identification code, comprising: a frame (2); a detection region (3), where the articles (A) are placed in a row such that the relative identification code is arranged on one side (L) of the row; optical detection means (4) arranged in proximity of the detection region (3) to detect the identification code of the articles (A) when the articles (A) are arranged in the detection region (3); an accumulation region (5) in which the articles (A) from the detection region (3) accumulate so that they are subsequently packed; the detection region (3) being interposed between the accumulation region (5) and the optical detection means (4) and that is aligned with the accumulation region (5) and the optical detection means (4); a linear guide (6, 60, 61) fixed to the frame (2); a carriage (7) that is mobile along the linear guide (6, 60, 61); a pusher (8) supported by the carriage (7), comprising a connecting arm (80) constrained to the carriage (7) and a pushing plate (81) that is supported by the connecting arm (80), said plate of push (81) being sized to push the articles (A) of the detection region (3) to the accumulation region (5); the thrust plate (81) being driven by the carriage (7) along a straight forward path from a retracted position, in which the thrust plate (81) is interposed between the detection region (3) and the optical detection means (4) and in which the push plate (81) is aligned with the detection region (3) and the optical detection means (4), to an advanced position in which the push plate (81) is in the accumulation region (5); the device (1, 10) being characterized in that the pusher (8) further comprises movement means (900) for moving the connecting arm (80) and the pushing plate (81) with respect to the carriage (7), said movement means (900) allowing the movement of the thrust plate (81) out of the straight forward path so that the optical detection means (4) face the articles (A) arranged in a row in the region of detection (3) to detect the relative identification code.
