Abstract

Aeronave que comprende una estructura, dos o más alas (2, 5), uno o más motores (4, 16), y unas riostras (3, 6), cada una de las cuales une un ala con un punto de la estructura por debajo del punto de unión del ala con la estructura, donde las riostras son aptas para girar alrededor de su eje longitudinal. Las riostras cumplen una doble función: de elemento de refuerzo estructural para las alas y, simultáneamente, de elemento sustentador Al girar a lo largo de su eje longitudinal varía su ángulo de incidencia y genera una fuerza de sustentación aerodinámica variable. La aeronave puede tener también unos globos fusiformes con un gas más ligero que el aire, combinando así la sustentación aerodinámica de las alas y las riostras con la sustentación aerostática del globo fusiforme. Preferentemente la aeronave es de construcción modular.
