Abstract

1.Vástago recto en forma de hoja para una endoprótesis articular, en especial una endoprótesis de la articulación de la cadera, cuya hoja se ensancha cónicamente por ambos lados desde el extremo distal libre, primero simétricamente respecto de un eje central longitudinal, de forma que el cono de los lados estrechos, y el ensanchamiento lateral de los lados de la hoja terminen, aproximadamente, a 3/4 de la altura de vástago, mientras que, en forma medial, el ensanchamiento de los lados de hojas desde el cono termina en una curva constantemente doblada sobre el collarín que separa la hoja de vástago del cuello de la prótesis, caracterizado porque los lados de hoja del vástago en el sector del cono se cubren al menos parcialmente con ranuras que discurren en sentido paralelo al eje central longitudinal y a la superficie de la hoja. 2.Vástago, según reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la distancia entre ranura es de 0,5 a 2 mm. 3.Vástago, según reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque laprofundidad de ranura es de 0,2 a 0,5 mm. 4.Vástago recto en forma de hoja para una endoprótesis articular.
