Abstract

Una pala de turbina eólica (2) para un rotor de turbina eólica que comprende un buje del cual se extiende la pala de turbina eólica (2) cuando se monta en el buje, la pala de turbina eólica (2) que incluye una estructura de carcasa de un material compuesto reforzado con fibra que comprende fibras embebidas en una matriz de polímero, la pala de turbina eólica (2) que se extiende en dirección longitudinal y que tiene un contorno de perfil que incluye un lado de presión y un lado de succión así como un borde de ataque y un borde de salida, dichos bordes que definen un plano de cuerda entre los mismos, cuando se ve en la dirección longitudinal el contorno de perfil que comprende una región de raíz 26 con una cara del extremo de raíz (29), una región de superficie aerodinámica 27 y opcionalmente una región de transición (28) entre la región de raíz (26) y la región de superficie aerodinámica (27). la región de raíz (26) que tiene una sección transversal en forma de anillo con una superficie exterior y una superficie interior, la región de raíz (26) que comprende una pluralidad de medios de sujeción dispuestos con el fin de seguir sustancialmente la circunferencia de la región de raíz (26) y permitir acceso desde el exterior a los medios de sujeción que se usan para montar la pala al buje, caracterizada porque un inserto de metal al menos parcialmente cilíndrico (7) que comprende una pluralidad de dichos medios de sujeción se embebe en la región de raíz mediante el inserto (7) que se lamina en el material compuesto de la región de raíz (26) entre una capa exterior (5) y una capa interior (6) de polímero reforzado con fibras de la estructura de carcasa con el fin de esencialmente seguir la circunferencia de la región de raíz (26), el inserto de metal parcialmente cilíndrico (7) que tiene un primer extremo (9) y un segundo extremo (10), una superficie radialmente exterior (11a) y una superficie radialmente interior (11b) y en el que la pluralidad de medios de sujeción mutuamente espaciados es accesible en el primer extremo (9) del inserto (7), y en la que el primer extremo (9) del inserto (7) se dispone en la cara del extremo de raíz (29) de la pala de turbina eólica, y en la que la pluralidad de dichos medios de sujeción se forman mediante roscas interiores (15) en una perforación (12) que se extiende en el inserto (7) desde el primer extremo (9) del mismo, y en la que el inserto (7) es un medio cilindro, es decir se extiende en 180 grados en dirección circunferencial o es un cilindro completo, es decir se extiende en 360 grados en dirección circunferencial.
