Abstract

Wig system consisting of a temperature regulation accessory Technical field of the invention

The object of the invention is a wig system consisting of a temperature regulation accessory. It also aims at an accessory and a procedure to regulate the temperature under a wig.

The invention relates to the general technical field of wigs worn by people, and more particularly to the accessories that allow the temperature of the scalp to be regulated when a wig is worn.

State of the art

Wigs of the prior art are well known. These can be worn for reasons linked to fashion, for aesthetic or professional reasons or to meet cultural or religious requirements. Wigs can also be worn to disguise hair broth, particularly as a result of medical treatments such as chemotherapy.

The wigs have the disadvantage of overheating the wearer's scalp during the summer and / or in case of strong ambient heat. To solve this, there are some temperature regulation accessories configured to be arranged under the wig when installed on the wearer's scalp.

It is known, for example, from patent document AU 722661 (BUNTER) a temperature regulating device comprising heating / cooling gel bags arranged between the wig body and the wearer's scalp. When the gel is no longer active, the wearer must return home to remove the wig bags and place them inside a refrigerator or in an oven to cool again or reheat the gel. This regulating device is therefore only effective during the short period in which the gel is active.

Patent documents KR 100894715 (FAJIN COSMETICS) or KR 20100051144 (CHO YOUNG SOO) teach using a phase change material to regulate the temperature under a wig. It is easily understood that a wig that integrates said regulating device is very complex to manufacture and certainly very expensive.

Also known from EP 0 476 132 (MASAKATSU), a wig comprising a central network of carbon fibers. These fibers have the peculiarity of being highly conductive of heat which allows the scalp to cool. These fibers are, however, fragile so that this type of wig is only suitable for quite careful wearers.

EP 2 027 785 (ADERANS HOLDINGS) refers to a moisture-permeable wig material, which prevents suffocation when wearing a wig. This material has a three-layer structure comprising a porous polyurethane used as the central material, a mesh layer consisting of a synthetic fiber or a natural fiber that is located on the side of the central material that will be in contact with the head and a layer of fibers consisting of a synthetic fiber or a natural fiber that is used to implant artificial hair or natural hair that is stratified on the other side of the central matter. In practice, the results obtained are not optimal.

The main objective of the invention is to solve this state of affairs. In particular, an objective of the invention is to propose a temperature regulating accessory that can effectively perform its function over a long period, so that the wig wearer is not obliged to return home to “ reactivate it ”.

Another objective of the invention is to propose a temperature regulation accessory that is very easy to manufacture, cheap, very simple to use and that is not afraid to manipulate it.

Another objective of the invention is to propose a temperature regulation accessory that cannot be intuited when installed under the wig.

Description of the invention

The solution proposed by the invention is a wig system, for example of the type described in document AU 722661 (BUNTER) cited above, and consisting of a temperature regulating accessory configured to be arranged under said wig when installed. on the wearer's scalp, and in which:

- the wig comprises a body delimited by an outline and having a shape adapted to the shape of the wearer's skull, the hair being fixed on said body, the accessory being installed between said body and said scalp;

- the regulation accessory is in the form of a flexible cap delimited by an outline that has a shape adapted to the shape of the carrier's skull;

- the cap is removable with respect to the body of the wig, said cap comprising an internal face intended to be in contact with the wearer's scalp and an external face opposite said internal face.

This system is characterized by:

- the outline of the cap is smaller than that of the wig's body;

- at least the inner side of the cap is made of an absorbent material intended to be moistened before said cap is installed on said scalp;

- at least the outer face of the cap is flesh colored.

The carrier has, therefore, now at his disposal a comfort accessory that is very easy to use. In fact, when it is too hot, it is enough for the wearer to go to a point of public or private water (bathrooms, toilets, fountains, ...), humidify the cap and put it back under his wig. The bearer no longer has the need, therefore, to return to his home to “reactivate it”, the humidification of the cap can be done quickly, discreetly and at will, addressing for example the toilets of a restaurant. The applicant has been able to verify that the sensation of soda appears almost instantaneously when the cap is placed directly on the scalp. In addition, since the cap is totally dissociable from the wig, its handling is much more comfortable. On the other hand, since the dimensions of the cap are smaller than those of the wig's body, and that the material of the cap is flesh-colored, this new comfort accessory cannot even be intuited when placed under the wig.

Listed below are other outstanding features of the system object of the invention, each of these characteristics being considered alone or in combination, regardless of the highlighted features defined above:

- The cap can have a general elongated shape, the outline of said cap having two symmetrical concave portions joined by two circular end portions.

- In a variant embodiment, the cap has a general pear shape, the outline of said cap having two symmetrical concave portions joined by two circular end portions, said circular portions being of different sizes.

- Whatever the cap design, one of its circular end portions is advantageously configured to cover a part of the neck of the wearer.

- One of the circular end portions of the cap is also preferably configured to cover a portion of the carrier skull vault.

- Advantageously, the inner face and / or the outer face (that is to say said inner face, or said two faces) of the cap is made of a microfiber-based material comprising between 60% and 90% polyester and between 10% and 40 polyamide.

- In a variant embodiment, the inner face and / or the outer face of the cap can be made of a material selected from the following family: bamboo fibers, sponge, cotton.

- Advantageously, stitches are made in the contour of the cap to prevent fraying of the material that constitutes said cap.

- Preferably, removable joining means are provided between the cap and the body of the wig.

Another aspect of the invention relates to a temperature regulating accessory under a wig, said accessory being in the form of a removable flexible cap delimited by a contour that has a shape adapted to the shape of the wearer's skull, said comprising cap an inner face and an outer face opposite said inner face, at least said inner face being made of an absorbent material intended to be wetted, and at least said outer face being flesh-colored.

Another aspect of the invention relates to a method for regulating the temperature under a wig comprising a body delimited by an outline and having a shape adapted to the shape of the wearer's skull, the hair being fixed on said body, said body comprising Procedure the following stages consisting of:

- moisten the accessory according to one of the previous technical characteristics, soaking the cap with liquid and then eventually draining it;

Preferred forms of realization of the invention

The invention proposes a temperature regulation accessory that is configured to be placed under a wig when the latter is installed on the wearer's scalp.

Referring to Figure 1, the wig P consists of a body 1 bounded by a contour 10. The body 1 is designed to fit the shape of the wearer's skull. The body 1 is made, for example, of fabric or is presented in the form of a net. The body 1 has an internal face intended to come into contact with the leather

wearer's scalp and an external face on which the false synthetic or natural hair is fixed. The contour 10 is

advantageously it is made of an extensible material, elastane type, to easily adapt to the shape and dimensions of the skull. In order to effectively maintain the wig P on the scalp, the body 1 and / or the contour 10 can consist of fixing means, for example of the type non-slip rubber pads arranged on the inner face of said body and / or of said contour that is in contact with said scalp. The design of the wig P will not be described in more detail since it is well known to the person skilled in the art. In addition, the use of the accessory object of the invention is not specific to a particular type of wig, but instead fits any model, which makes its use universal.

Referring to Figure 1, this regulation A accessory is presented in the form of a cap 2 that is flexible and that is delimited by a contour 20 that has a shape adapted to the shape of the carrier's skull. The contour 20 is smaller than the contour 10 of the body 1 of the wig P. Thus, when the system object of the invention is installed on the wearer's head, the cap 2 does not protrude from the wig P, as shown clearly in figure 2.

The cap 2 is extralble with respect to the body 1 of the wig P. The cap 2 can, therefore, be handled completely independently of the wig P. In practice, there is no means of joining between the cap 2 and the body 1, although extractable cable means of the Velcro® strip type, snap hooks or buttons can be provided between these two elements.

As clearly shown in Figure 4, the cap 2 comprises an inner face 21 intended to be in contact with the wearer's scalp and an outer face 22 opposite to said inner face. At least the outer face 22 (which can be seen when the cap is installed on the wearer's scalp) is made of a flesh-colored material. Of course, both sides 21, 22 can be had. This dye can be more or less dark to suit all types of people. The use of said dye allows to make cap 2 completely invisible when installed under the wig. And although the body 1 is presented in the form of a network and it is possible to see through, the cap 2 cannot even be intuited. In practice, the two faces 21, 22 of the cap 2 are colored by a method of having a water insoluble dye is used.

The material of the cap 2 is absorbent so that it can be moistened before said cap is installed on the scalp of the wearer. The inner face 21 and the outer face 22 of the cap 2 can be made of an absorbent material, so that said two faces can be interchangeably in contact with the scalp. This simplifies not only the fabrication of the cap 2, but also its utilization. However, it can be provided that only the inner face 21 is made of an absorbent material.

The absorbent material used is preferably based on microfibers comprising between 60% and 90% polyester and between 10% and 40% polyamide. This material has the advantage of being very light and of being able to absorb a relatively large amount of water. By "microfibers" are meant textile fibers whose linear density (or title) is less than 1 g / 10 km and whose diameter is less than about 9 pm. In practice, the percentage of microfibers is between 70% and 95%. The absorbent material can, however, be different and, in particular, advantageously it can be selected from the following family: bamboo fibers, sponge, cotton.

The manufacturing process of cap 2 is very simple. Indeed, it is enough to cut it out of a piece of material from which at least one of the faces 21, 22 is absorbent. With reference to Figures 3 and 5, stitches 200 are advantageously made in the contour 20 of the cap 2 to avoid fraying of the material constituting said cap.

According to an advantageous feature of the invention, the cap 2 has a generally elongated shape. The applicant has been able to verify that this form prevents, or at least reduces, the formation of folds when the cap 2 is installed on the head of the wearer.

Referring more particularly to the embodiment of Figure 3, the contour 2 has two symmetrical concave portions 20A, 20B, joined by two circular end portions 20C, 20D. The two concave portions 20A and 20B are designed so as to leave the passage of the ears completely free when the cap 2 is placed on the scalp of the wearer. However, these concave portions 20A, 20B may have a particular curvature that allows a part of the bearer's temples (temporal part of the skull) to be coated. One of the circular end portions, for example portion 20C, is configured to cover a part of the nape of the wearer (occipital part of the skull). The other circular end portion 20D is, in turn, configured to cover a part of the carrier skull vault (parietal part and front part of the skull). In this embodiment, the two circular end portions 20C, 20D have the same dimensions. By means of this particular design, the cap 2 allows to cover identically, that is to say with the same surface, the nape of the wearer and the vault of his skull.

According to the embodiment variant of Figure 5, the cap 2 has a general pear shape. The shape of the contour 20 is similar to that described above. This always has two symmetrical concave portions 20A, 20B joined by two circular end portions 20C, 20D. However, unlike in the embodiment described in the preceding paragraph, the two circular end portions 20C, 20D have a different size. In this way, the wearer has the possibility of covering more or more his neck, or the vault of his skull.

In a variant embodiment not shown, the cap 2 may have a circular shape, similar to a kipa (religious headdress worn in particular at the Jewish ceremony). Said cap makes it possible to cover only a part of the vault of the carrier's skull and, in particular, the parietal part of the skull.

The use of the accessory A subject of the invention is very simple. In case of very hot, and when not in his own home, the wearer removes the wig from his scalp. This withdrawal can be done very discreetly, for example in the toilets of a restaurant. Next, moisten your accessory by soaking the cap 2 with liquid, for example by running it under a stream of tap water or by wetting it by means of a water bottle or a water vaporizer. The liquid used may eventually be composed of dermatologically acceptable essential oils and / or consist of an anti-irritating and soothing lotion. If this is not necessary, the cap 2 is drained to prevent it from draining. The wearer only then has to install the wet cap 2 on his scalp. Moistened, the cap fits perfectly on the scalp, without the need for any means of support. The wearer can then reinstall his wig over the wet cap 2, so that said cap does not protrude from the body 1 of said wig. All these operations can be performed at will, in a few seconds or a few minutes. And the cooling effect is immediate.

The applicant has also been able to verify that in winter, when the cap 2 was not moistened, the accessory A allows keeping the wearer's head warm.
